The reception staff is nice and helpful. The noise at night was really a problem. The windows are thin, so one can hear all the noise outside, and if your room is on the side facing the street you are bound to hear people on the street all night... especially as for some reason hotel guests tend to gather in front of the hotel and talk until wee hours. |

The staff was kind and the hotel is well situated. This is a fair hotel for a short stay in Lisbon. The rooms were not cleaned properly or at least didn´t look clean because the carpets were old, as well as the bathroom. The cleaning staff also doesn´t know what the sign "do not disturb" means. For this fare, you can get a better and newer hotel. |

I had a great time at the Amazonia Hotel. A few blocks from the metro, near the center of the city where the bars and cafes are. Great neighborhood. The only thing a had to deal with was that there wasn't enough keys to open the minibar, so I had to call the front desk every time I wanted something from the inside. It would be nicer if the rooms had internet. |

dirty stained carpet, smelly room, lots of noise at night so could not sleep, food did not taste fresh at breakfast.I switched hotels after one night to an excellent 5-star hotel which cost only 30euros more! |

le petit déjeuner très complet est fort appréciable. Le personnel parle aussi souvent le français et sinon l'anglais, ce qui facilite la communication. La possibilité d'utiliser un service de transfert vers l'aéroport est aussi bien utile pour un prix compétitif. L'hôtel est faiblement insonorisé ce qui est gênant du fait du passage fréquent des avions. Le cadre de la piscine manque d'agrément. La situation de l'hôtel implique d'aimer la marche à pied : il est mal situé au regard des transports en commun. |

El hotel está bien situado, tranquilo y poco ruidoso, a pesar de pasar los aviones por alli. Tiene un diseño alegre y decoracion caribeña. Las habitaciones son grandes, el baño perfecto.
