Amazonia Lisboa Hotel  

I have stayed here before. It is a very good value for the money and in a pretty good location for getting around in Lisbon.

The pillows were very hard. I don`t recommend the breakfast for the cost.

The old air condition systems of every room make a lot of noise so that you don´t want to leave the balcony door open during the night even if it is very hot. There was also a door in the wall to the next room, that´s why we heard the neighboors talking all the time. Once, there were no new towels for the use of the swimming pool. There was only one old, shabby stool in the room and we missed furniture on the balcony a lot!

The bartenders were friendly.

Information & photos were misleading. Hotel was very old and outdated. Room was dirty. Carpet should be replaced. Needed to constantly have shoes on. Sheets were not changed even when visibly dirty.

Nice location - nice park around the corner,a few local restaurants nearby.

Building has seen better times,it's not what I expected from 3 stars hotel. Cleaning service could be better.

The staff were very helpful and the location was good. The price we got on the internet was very reasonable. There was plenty of secure parking which was also a plus. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice (small but all you need).

The room could have been cleaner - the floor needed vacuuming and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest I've seen. The prices they were offering for 1 night when we got there was the same we got for our 3 nights so make sure you look for deals. For what we paid it was great.

poor service

It was nice to have the pool for a cool refreshing dip. The hotel was relatively close to the city center. Air conditioning worked well.

The hotel staff were not very helpful and did not speak English very well. The pool area is very shabby and not pleasant, and there was a shortage of lounge chairs. The bar/lobby area was kind of dank and depressing. But overall it was good value for money.

Queit place.

Location is too far away from center of the city, such as Rossio station. Windows' lock was broken, WI-FI did not work. Very difficult to find at the first time. Not recommend to travelers who may arrive late in the evening.

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in my room

breakfast was good, the room is clean and spacious and the staff was ok. near to the place I went to.

Good value for the price.

It's not really located close to the city center. The furnishing has seen better times.

Excellent location (although up a few steep hills!) with some fantastic cafes and a supermarket nearby. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped with the basics, and cleaned daily. Excellent value for money if like us you just want a base to see the beautiful sights in Lisbon!

A mini fridge in the room would have been perfect!

It was near to main avenue of the city

You can hear people talking next room and it was noisy.

Do aspecto geral do quarto, não tem condições para a categoria em que o hotel está enquadrado. A casa de banho não tinha sequer sabonete...

Pas derangé par les femmes de chambres respecte bien la petite pancarte a la porte de la chambre facilite a se garer pres de l'hotel

Pas de wifi malgre ce qui etait annoncé personnel neutre chambre mal isolé rue et porte grincante decoration passée literie moyenne
