Erinomainen sijainti, metro aivan ulko-oven kohdalla. Hinta kohtuullinen. Meillä oli hiljainen huone, tosin pieni, mutta erittäin siisti. Kylpyhuone oli riittävän iso ja toimiva, siivous toimi kiitettävästi. Hyvä valinta, valitsemme tämän hotellin seuraavallakin kerralla. Aamiashuone on ruuhkainen, kuten monet ovat todenneet. Meille se ei aiheuttanut ongelmaa, koska tulimme aamiaiselle vasta noin 9:45. |

Vaikka oltiin kundiporukalla kaupunkia valloittamassa, oli henkilökunta avulias ja rento. Huijaavat taksikuskit jotka väijyivät hotellin edustalla. |

Uusi,siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli.sijainti erinomainen,metro ja bussit vieressä mutta kävely keskustaan myös mahdollinen kauniin seudun läpi. Huoneessa vain yksi tuoli.Tilaa vain yhdelle matkalaukulle. |

Hyvä aamiainen (mannermainen). Siisti ja hiljainen. Hyvä sijainti. Kylpyhuone talvella viileä. Aamiaiselle joutui toisinaan jonottamaan vähän aikaa. |

Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms,good choice at breakfast, good tv in room, good bathroom breakfast room was very crowded and it could be difficult to find a table.A kettle in the room for hot drinks would have made the situation perfect |

It was an excellent quality hotel for the price and although not in the historic heart of the city it had excelelnt public transport links. We arrived early and were given a time when the room would be ready but it wasn't ready when we returned. One of the staff behind the reception desk was less than co-operative. The beds were not as comfortable as they could have been. |

Whilst not in the city centre, the location was very good with both metro and buses on the doorstep. Well appointed air-conditioned rooms. Very reasonable continental breakfast. Evening bar till midnight. Very helpful reception desk. Completely refurbished in 2006. Do not accept the advice to visit the Velho Pateo De Sant'Ana Fado restaurant - very expensive. |

Very good location, just off the metro station and 10 min walk from Pombal Square, very nice and helpful staff, confortable rooms with good isolation from the street noise (although not all rooms are big so, if you are 2 or 3 people using the same room, ask about the size of you room before checking in), late hours for serving breakfast(10:30 but nobody asks you to leave if you are 15 min late), very good value for the money. Almost everybody speaks English in Portugal and the people are very nice and helpful so you don't have to worry about getting lost, the public transportation is excellent (cheap and confortable) so don't waste your money on organized tours. There are 2 computers with internet connection in the lobby but you have to pay 2 euros for 1/2 hour. I thought I read the Internet was free of charge in this hotel which was a very good argument (on top of the ones listed above) in making me choose this hotel. |

The hotel is in front of the subway and very close to the old Lisboa. The staff of the hotel is indecent! The price of the hotel is like a 4 stars but the staff act as a 1/2 star! To get the lift there are about 10 steps, no one help ypu to bring the bags to the lift!!! The same at the time of check out, with 5 bags no one help you to open the door of the hotel! Indecent for the price you pay! Agin: the welcome with fruit and wine in the room (that i paid)..never seen!!!!!! |
