The staff was nice, breakfast was good and the rooms were large and clean

The only thing that I can think of is that the airconditioning in the room, as well as in the Bathroom, was very loud ! We had to turn it off at night to get some sleep. We also closed the bathroomdoor to have some qiet in the room.

We got very good price booking at booking.com, it was times smaller than regular price. For that price the room we good was just super. Breakfast very good

The lounge area they have is right off the main desk, and there isn't anyone manning the bar, you have to ask at the desk to get a drink. They have a nice area on the 7th floor that could be used as a nice lounge.

The room was quiet even though we were on a busy road. The position was good, the subway very close. The buffet breakfast was above expectations.

Bed was rock-hard, had requested hypo-allergenic pillows but none were given. There was no tv-remote in the room and couldn't watch or hear anything, asked reception to provide a remote and never heard from them. No tea/coffee/water facilities in the room

Convenient location for taking the subway (Picoas) and the Airport Bus is just across the street. I also like the free WIFI in the rooms, and could connect with my mobile phone. Alot of places offering WIFI need you to bring your own computer.

The hallway carpets really smell bad and the hallway lighting should be brightened. It makes a customer's heart drop because it is among the first impressions that we have of the hotel. The walls are thin, I can tell you how many times my neighbours had sex. I wouldn't have minded except for the fact I was travelling with my 8 year old daughter.
