トリプルルーム（含むエキストラベッド１台）の利用でしたが、安価なお値段なりに狭い空間で、複数日宿泊するには厳しいと感じました。 インターネットの無線接続は結局不可、有線接続もホテルのモデムが不調で不安定だったことが残念です。また、室内のエアコンの調子が悪くフロントに複数回調整を依頼しましたが、対応が遅く残念でした。 |

スタッフの方がとても親切で、観光情報のアドバイスも適切で、満足できるものでした。また、部屋も家族５人で２部屋予約していたところ、一部屋で入れるように配慮してくれました。部屋も清潔で、ジャグジーは快適でした。朝食もおいしく、子どもたちも大満足でした。 エキストラベットが一台だったので、少し狭かったです。 |

地下鉄の駅＆空港行きのバスが目の前なので、ともて便利。（ロシオまでは２回乗り換えが必要） スタッフはともて親切。 セーフティーボックスを使用する場合は１日２ユーロ。 |

コンパクトながら、駅に近く、清潔で設備も整っており、気楽に泊まることが出来、快適に過ごすことができます。ベッドがダブルかツインか、バスルームが付いているかシャワーのみか、諸条件で部屋の広さはかなり違ってくるようです。PCを持っていない場合、インターネットが出来ませんが、斜め向かいのPortugal Telecomでインターネットが出来ます。（PTがCloseしている場合はその隣のGalleriaで出来ました） |

メトロの駅の真上にあり交通が便利。モデム接続が無料、２泊目から割り引き料金など使いやすかったです。 壁が薄く、水音などが多少うるさかった。 |

It is wonderful location, which is just next to the entrance of subway and in front of the bus stop to the Air port. A room was clean, and people at counter was quite helpful. Only one thing, isolation of sound against water was very poor. I hear sound of water drain some times in the midnight. |

清潔で朝食とサービスは良かった。 Wの部屋に泊まったのですが、狭すぎてガッカリした。中心部からもかなり離れていて、地下鉄の駅はすぐなのですが、乗り換えが大変だった。 |

Very good and inexpensive tourist hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Room was clean, nice and quiet even though located next to the busy streat. Towels were changed daily - in my opinion too often from the environmental protection point of view. |

Very central and transport communications very convenient. Hotel was clean and suitable for the stay during our visit. Liberty Bar is advertised as a place to relax, but being set in the reception area we thought was not condusive for having a drink after an evening out- also only staffed by reception staff. Restaurant is advertised as a place to have a meal after a days sightseeing, but apart from breakfast, no other restaurant facilities were available ( apart from room service) |

Smart, clean, efficient, nicely designed rooms, pleasant helpful staff. I arrived about 1100, check in is not until 1400 but, as the room had been cleaned, they were happy for me to check in then. This was appreciated. Despite the nice design the room was a bit tight with little clearance between the end of the bed and the table supporting the TV. Also some of the English translations in the literature were risible. Both of these points, however, are very small quibbles. |

metro outside,but still close enough to centre to walk (15mins) a few bars and resturants around hotel,also shopping centres near newsagent shop just around corner selling same day english papers and a well stocked supermarket at hand. Hotel was very clean light and airy good value breakfast, helpfull staff will go back sometime soon. |

The place is one of the best in LIsbon. Rooms are excellent. Breakfast room has a magnificent view and breakfast is very good. Rooms are a little bit noisy in the morning due to traffic. |

the breakfast is good, location is convenient, a metro station in front of the hotel not much places to eat nearby the hotel, so we need to take metro back to city centre for dinner. one of the staff is not very polite |
