ジャグジーつきのお風呂がとてもよかったです。ホテルのすぐ前に地下鉄の駅があって交通麺でも大変便利でし- た。 |

客室が広く快適に過ごせました。夜遅くにホテルに到着しましたがスタッフがとても親切で助かりました。 街中に出るには少し不便な場所にホテルがあります。地下鉄の駅が目の前にあるのですが、乗換えが少し大変で- す。海外旅行に慣れてる方なら問題のない事だと思います。 客室はお風呂が大きくて助かったのですが、シャワーが壊れてて困りました。。。あと枕に誰のか分からない髪- の毛が付いてて気持ち悪かったです。。。けど、あきらかにオジサンの髪の毛だったので気持ち悪かったです・- ・・。 |

全館キレイです。メトロ駅地上に上ってすぐ目の前。ワイヤレスLAN対応なんですが、有線LANの口もある- ので、万が一を考えて、LANケーブル持参されるとよいかと。朝食もいい。 １階だったけど、滝のような流水音が時々聞こえた。気になる人は要注意。半畳サイズのシャワーはつらい。電- 源コンセントは、TV、冷蔵庫（ミニバー用）以外の空き口は通電されてない（使用不可にしてる？）。スタッ- フが非常にビジネスライクな口数（英語だから？けど、悪い印象は全くなく、きちんと受け答えをしてました）- |

マデイラから変える途中での1泊で、ファドを聴きたいと思っていました。ホテルのフロントの方が紹介してく- れたファドハウスがすばらしかったので、たいへん感謝です。 |

トリプルルーム（含むエキストラベッド１台）の利用でしたが、安価なお値段なりに狭い空間で、複数日宿泊す- るには厳しいと感じました。 インターネットの無線接続は結局不可、有線接続もホテルのモデムが不調で不安定だったことが残念です。また- 、室内のエアコンの調子が悪くフロントに複数回調整を依頼しましたが、対応が遅く残念でした。 |

スタッフの方がとても親切で、観光情報のアドバイスも適切で、満足できるものでした。また、部屋も家族５人- で２部屋予約していたところ、一部屋で入れるように配慮してくれました。部屋も清潔で、ジャグジーは快適で- した。朝食もおいしく、子どもたちも大満足でした。 エキストラベットが一台だったので、少し狭かったです。 |

地下鉄の駅＆空港行きのバスが目の前なので、ともて便利。（ロシオまでは２回乗り換えが必要） スタッフはともて親切。 セーフティーボックスを使用する場合は１日２ユーロ。 |

コンパクトながら、駅に近く、清潔で設備も整っており、気楽に泊まることが出来、快適に過ごすことができま- す。ベッドがダブルかツインか、バスルームが付いているかシャワーのみか、諸条件で部屋の広さはかなり違っ- てくるようです。PCを持っていない場合、インターネットが出来ませんが、斜め向かいのPortugal Telecomでインターネットが出来ます。（PTがCloseしている場合はその隣のGalleriaで- 出来ました） |

It is wonderful location, which is just next to the entrance of subway and in front of the bus stop to the Air port. A room was clean, and people at counter was quite helpful. Only one thing, isolation of sound against water was very poor. I hear sound of water drain some times in the midnight. |

Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms,good choice at breakfast, good tv in room, good bathroom breakfast room was very crowded and it could be difficult to find a table.A kettle in the room for hot drinks would have made the situation perfect |

It was an excellent quality hotel for the price and although not in the historic heart of the city it had excelelnt public transport links. We arrived early and were given a time when the room would be ready but it wasn't ready when we returned. One of the staff behind the reception desk was less than co-operative. The beds were not as comfortable as they could have been. |

Whilst not in the city centre, the location was very good with both metro and buses on the doorstep. Well appointed air-conditioned rooms. Very reasonable continental breakfast. Evening bar till midnight. Very helpful reception desk. Completely refurbished in 2006. Do not accept the advice to visit the Velho Pateo De Sant'Ana Fado restaurant - very expensive. |
