Hotel molt ben ubicat i comunicat, a només dos minuts a peu de la Praça Rossio i de Restauradores, on es pot prendre l'aerobus. No era luxós, però per aquells viatgers que busquen un lloc econòmic, pràctic i agradable per a la seva estada a Lisboa, és una bona opció. Recomanable agafar habitació amb bany propi. L'esmorzar, inclós en el preu, era una mica justet. Els passadissos de l'hotel estaven emmoquetats, i feia una mica d'olor, però a l'habitació el terra era de parquet i no hi havia aquest problema. |

Great value and a great central location, Room 324 has a small balcony overlooking a small square at the back of the hotel which is a quite pleasant view I guarenteed four rooms with my credit card but wanted each room to pay their own bill, this didn't happen all four rooms were charged to my card and I have sort out various payments myself. The breakfast wasn't great but it was enough to fill a hole until lunchtime. Make sure you stipulate private bathroom because I heard that some rooms had shared facilities |

The only thing that it is worth at this hotel is its location, right in the middle of the city, with access to metro, train and good restaurants. The most annoying thing was that I stayed in the past at the same hotel and I was very content: at that moment I had a bigger room, which was clean, and with a nice bathroom. Although I booked the same type of room as the last time (at that time I did the reservation also on booking.com), the experience was totally different: the room was small, not clean, with a small bathroom in a very poor condition, the furniture was very old and in a bad shape. When we asked for the former room, the staff told us that we should pay 25 eur more... At that price (61+25) we could definitely choose another hotel, in a better category. The staff was generally unable to speak English, and they were not friendly. |

Good location. It is not 3star hotel. Looks more like Hostel them Hotel. Everythink. Poor standard. Not worth this money. |

The hotel is located at the very center of the city. Breakfast was horrible, very poor, coffee not drinkable at all. Quality of the products served was very low. |

The location was good, very close to the central and very convenient. Before the check-in and after the check-out, if you want to leave your luggage at the hotel, you have to put it in the luggate room by yourself. It wasn't so secure because another visitors of the hotel can get in when they ask for the key. Moreover, the luggage room was dirty... I think the hotel staff should manage that by themselves, not by visitors. |

Good location, air conditioning We had to share the bathroom with the whole 3rd floor and the shower room was absolutely disgusting. Bedroom was size of closet. If you are really on a budget, this is your hotel. |

Great location, 24 hour door person, rooms were clean. They tried to charge us an extra night for checking out late after we had discussed that it was ok with them earlier in the morning. Be careful in Portugal - nothing is for free!! |

The place of the hotel is in the center of the city and the price was very very good. The room was clean. The breakfast was terrible and very very poor. The room was a littlebit noisy because under my window there was the airconditioner of the supermaket. |

Good location just off Rossio Square. Good value for money. Some rooms are very small, we had a double room without a bathroom and there was probably only a 30cm gap between the end of the bed and the wall to squeeze through. Some friends were in double/triples with bathrooms and those rooms were bigger and nicer. Still, our room without a bathroom was significantly cheaper and fairly good value for money. |

Situación del hotel. Muy céntrico. Limpieza diaria de la habitación con cambio diario de sábanas y toallas. Servicio de desayuno poco variado, faltaba yogur, embutido..... |

Do apartamento com banheiro pelo qual pagamos a mais 25 euros (além dos 43 já pagos). Erramos na reserva (sem banho) e contactamos com o Booking.com, no Porto dia 18, para mudar. Foi aceita por 25 euros de acréscimo para dois dias e ao chegarmos não havia resposta em email para mim nem para o hotel. Na saída fomos destratados pelo outro recepcionista dia 22, e deixamos 25 euros pelo extra de 1 diária de qto com banho sob ameaça e criticas pesadas deste profissional ao Booking.com! Fomos no dia 20, mal tratados pelo recepcionista que se negava a qq negociação, para um quarto com banho. alegava que sem comprovação não nos atenderia. Queríamos pagar a diferença e havia quarto! Sob discução conseguimos ficar em um bom apartamento.Depois no dia 21 quarto sem banho . Aceitamos, pela necessidade. Minha avaliação é para este quarto. Sou médica e acho um problema de "saúde pública" um banheiro coletivo sem nenhuma condição de conforto e de higiene! Há 15 anos fiquei sem banho na Suíca e era de outro nível. |
