Está muy bien situado, detrás de la plaza Rossío. Tienes todo a mano. En el baño solo hay apstillas de jabón, nada de geles. Algunas bombillas estaban fundidas. |

La ubicación es muy buena. El personal pasa olímpicamente de todo. El desayuno deja bastante que desear. En la puerta hay continuamente un grupo de mendigos bebiendo cerveza. |

La localización era excelente para visitar la ciudad, muy centrico. Las zonas comunes para ver televisión o acceso internet estaban muy bien. El comedor estaba bien y el desayuno buffet estaba razonablemente bien aunque no mucho donde elegir. Los baños comunes estaban en muy malas condiciones, todo muy antiguo. No habia ninguna silla ni nada para dejar la ropa. |

He de decir que no estuve en el Americano Residence porque, nada más llegar, nos dijeron que no había hueco en él y nos mandaron a otro. El otro estaba muy céntrico también, pero esas no son formas. De hecho, querían que pasáramos una noche en el nuevo hotel y volver a cambiarnos al día siguiente. Cosa a la que nos negamos en rotundo. El nuevo hotel estuvo al final mejor. |

La localizacion es perfecta, tienes todos los tipos de transporte a un minuto, y puedes ir andando a casi todos los puntos de interes de Lisboa andando. El desayuno. |

Me ha gustado la ubicación, muy centrico y al lado de todo. La habitacion era amplia y aunque el hotel es antiguo, tiene todas las comodidades, excepto quien no tenga baño en la habitacion. Yo afortunadamente sí ya que lo pedi con antelación. Que es un poco antiguo y para quien no pida habitación con baño los comunes no están mal del todo son limpios, pero bueno para mi es fundamental tu propio baño...y quizás el trato del personal...no ha sido malo, pero tampoco muy bueno. |

Està en una calle llena de indigentes y no es un hotel. El precio no corresponde a la calidad y las fotos no son del hotel sino de una plaza cercana. Si el sitio no te gusta, te dan como solución otro hotel de la cadena, que sigue siendo deficiente: las instalaciones son viejas, el desayuno es pesimo y el servicio a la habitación es muy deficiente. Es un engaño!!! |

Great value and a great central location, Room 324 has a small balcony overlooking a small square at the back of the hotel which is a quite pleasant view I guarenteed four rooms with my credit card but wanted each room to pay their own bill, this didn't happen all four rooms were charged to my card and I have sort out various payments myself. The breakfast wasn't great but it was enough to fill a hole until lunchtime. Make sure you stipulate private bathroom because I heard that some rooms had shared facilities |

The only thing that it is worth at this hotel is its location, right in the middle of the city, with access to metro, train and good restaurants. The most annoying thing was that I stayed in the past at the same hotel and I was very content: at that moment I had a bigger room, which was clean, and with a nice bathroom. Although I booked the same type of room as the last time (at that time I did the reservation also on booking.com), the experience was totally different: the room was small, not clean, with a small bathroom in a very poor condition, the furniture was very old and in a bad shape. When we asked for the former room, the staff told us that we should pay 25 eur more... At that price (61+25) we could definitely choose another hotel, in a better category. The staff was generally unable to speak English, and they were not friendly. |

The hotel is located at the very center of the city. Breakfast was horrible, very poor, coffee not drinkable at all. Quality of the products served was very low. |

The location was good, very close to the central and very convenient. Before the check-in and after the check-out, if you want to leave your luggage at the hotel, you have to put it in the luggate room by yourself. It wasn't so secure because another visitors of the hotel can get in when they ask for the key. Moreover, the luggage room was dirty... I think the hotel staff should manage that by themselves, not by visitors. |

Good location, air conditioning We had to share the bathroom with the whole 3rd floor and the shower room was absolutely disgusting. Bedroom was size of closet. If you are really on a budget, this is your hotel. |

Great location, 24 hour door person, rooms were clean. They tried to charge us an extra night for checking out late after we had discussed that it was ok with them earlier in the morning. Be careful in Portugal - nothing is for free!! |

The place of the hotel is in the center of the city and the price was very very good. The room was clean. The breakfast was terrible and very very poor. The room was a littlebit noisy because under my window there was the airconditioner of the supermaket. |
