L'emplacement de l'hotel est presque "strategique". On peut pas mieux, plein centre ville, près de tout, tout! 1: Petit déjeuner très pauvre...2.:Il y a un bruit permanent, très fort, à partir de 7h00 du matin...C'est quoi ce bruit???? |

nous avons aimé la situation en centre ville nou sn'avons pas aimé le petit déjeuner. et nous n'avons aps aimé le fait que les photos données sur le site web soient si différentes de la réalité (chambre bcp plus petite) |

La priximitée du centre ville et des bars pour le soir. Oui, la robinetterie est chaotique : eau très chaude ou froide avec un débit quasi nul!! Se laver les cheveux est périlleux! Le bruit coté rue commerçante! |

La situation ultra pratique. Chambres propres et relativement confortables (plutôt 2 étoiles que 3 mais très correctes) Le petit dej. Ne comptez même pas dessus |

Great value and a great central location, Room 324 has a small balcony overlooking a small square at the back of the hotel which is a quite pleasant view I guarenteed four rooms with my credit card but wanted each room to pay their own bill, this didn't happen all four rooms were charged to my card and I have sort out various payments myself. The breakfast wasn't great but it was enough to fill a hole until lunchtime. Make sure you stipulate private bathroom because I heard that some rooms had shared facilities |

The only thing that it is worth at this hotel is its location, right in the middle of the city, with access to metro, train and good restaurants. The most annoying thing was that I stayed in the past at the same hotel and I was very content: at that moment I had a bigger room, which was clean, and with a nice bathroom. Although I booked the same type of room as the last time (at that time I did the reservation also on booking.com), the experience was totally different: the room was small, not clean, with a small bathroom in a very poor condition, the furniture was very old and in a bad shape. When we asked for the former room, the staff told us that we should pay 25 eur more... At that price (61+25) we could definitely choose another hotel, in a better category. The staff was generally unable to speak English, and they were not friendly. |

The hotel is located at the very center of the city. Breakfast was horrible, very poor, coffee not drinkable at all. Quality of the products served was very low. |

The location was good, very close to the central and very convenient. Before the check-in and after the check-out, if you want to leave your luggage at the hotel, you have to put it in the luggate room by yourself. It wasn't so secure because another visitors of the hotel can get in when they ask for the key. Moreover, the luggage room was dirty... I think the hotel staff should manage that by themselves, not by visitors. |

Good location, air conditioning We had to share the bathroom with the whole 3rd floor and the shower room was absolutely disgusting. Bedroom was size of closet. If you are really on a budget, this is your hotel. |

Great location, 24 hour door person, rooms were clean. They tried to charge us an extra night for checking out late after we had discussed that it was ok with them earlier in the morning. Be careful in Portugal - nothing is for free!! |

The place of the hotel is in the center of the city and the price was very very good. The room was clean. The breakfast was terrible and very very poor. The room was a littlebit noisy because under my window there was the airconditioner of the supermaket. |

Good location just off Rossio Square. Good value for money. Some rooms are very small, we had a double room without a bathroom and there was probably only a 30cm gap between the end of the bed and the wall to squeeze through. Some friends were in double/triples with bathrooms and those rooms were bigger and nicer. Still, our room without a bathroom was significantly cheaper and fairly good value for money. |
