Hotel facilities are good en suite bathroom had a slatted door and hotel toilets had glass doors on cubicles - both compromising privacy. Would not stay at this hotel again because of this |

the hotel is most likely 3`*`.Staff wasn`t polite enough The room wasn`t clean/any BandB is cleaner/.Breakfast was every day the very same.In general I did not like the hotel.I won`t be back and I will tell all my friends to not go there.So disappointed. |

Our room was lovely and a great size, very clean and stocked well. The bar staff were always friendly. The shuttle bus drivers were also extremely helpful and never delayed our return journeys. We found the staff listed below to be very stand offish and not in the least helpful. Any request we made to either reception, room service, or concierge had to be requested at least twice. |

After moving rooms the seaviews are beautiful right on the beach front. The food, basic with not alot of choice.If you want a good sea view recommend to pay the extra as the standard seaview is overlooking the Casino & the noise of the disco is thumping at night. The indoor pool you have to pay extra for on a daily rate & it isn't heated!. This is more 3* than 4* but I think they have started to refurbish the hotel as some work was being carried out in some rooms. |
