Senior Suites are very good with upstairs seperate ensuite bedrooms & on the lower level Kitchen, dining table & Living room As in most of Portugal the hotel staff are there to hinder you rather than help. The Portugese have a lack of customer service as a national trait. |

The convenience of it and its location. Also there was a shuttle bus running to the Golf Open daily which was very handy. Price was also very competetive |

Great location with room overlooking the sea and kitchen facilities, so I used fridge and kettle and could sit on balcony with cuppa and look out to sea. Staff really friendly |

Good location in town, nice garden and pool area, breakfast choice and music/show in evenings. Room cleaning very basic, also noise at night time from disco in casino makes sleeping difficult. |

Location to beach and marina (where majority of restaurants and bars are located). The breakfast buffet was excellent. Of three hotels we visited over the course of our honeymoon this was the only hotel to not leave a complimentary bottle of bubbly in our room, despite our reservation stating we were were booked in for our honeymoon. There was a small but continous leak around the toilet floor (room 337) that seemed to seap through the tiles separating us from next door as we took great care to ensure it was not leakage from our own shower by stategically ensuring our shower curtain was in place properly. While not in need of immediate renovations, I believe most younger couples would prefer a more modern and updated decor. Also, loud aqua aerobic classes for the older age group set to mid 90s (e.g. boom boom shake the room music was scary at 10.30am! |

What I liked about my stay was the central location that it was in ,right on the beach ,near resturants, and also near shopping. I thought that night time was very dull there, even though the hotel was full. |

Let me think .. hummm I cant think of anything , this beach hotel is nothing for spoiled North America's who like their room clean and comfortable . Yes it smelled terrible, like a sewer. The staff was laid back . I had nothing but trouble , even called the hotel in advance to make sure they had a extra bed for us when we arrive. When I called . "o yes it is no problem " yeah right ... only problems , nothing there . long story short . this is not a good hotel. |

The staff were excellent polite and helpful, Very good location, Food was of good quality, Great for anyone who plays golf three courses quite near, Hotel operates free shuttle bus, also beautiful marina close by. Found Portugese people very friendly and polite will certainly go back. The rooms could be cleaned better, We had to contact Head cleaner to get ours cleaned After it was supposed to have been cleaned, But after that our room was cleaned properly. That is the only complaint that i have about this hotel. |
