La ubicación en primera línea de playa y cerca de la Marina de Vilamoura. Vale la pena contratar la habitación con vistas al mar pues tienen una terraza amplia. Parking dentro del hotel gratuíto. El Spa dentro del hotel se puede disfrutar por un módico precio.

La limpieza de la habitación deja un poco que desear.

La limpieza de habitaciones se hace demasiado tarde. Durante nuestra estancia lo habitual era sobre las 16 horas.

Personal muy agradable. El desayuno-buffé está aceptable. La piscina climatizada, bien.

As a business traveller they should offer free wifi for guests and have more internet opportuinties for business people.

Check in Staff very friendly

lack of staff. Pool bar did not open until 13h30 in the afternoon even after having asked many times. reason why...the Pool Barman and the night bar man were the same, so he needed to sleep.Breakfast food quality was not good. A large variation, howere fruit was from cans not fresh, and the only fresh fruit had no taste (melons). The coffe machines were chemical and really tasted bad, the orange juice was caned and watered down. For a four star hotel, there should be fresh fruit, juice and real coffee.The rooms need to be seriously refreshed as paint and furniture have seen better days. There is a charge for using the room safe in a 4* hotel...why.This is classed as a 4 star hotel...because of the spa, if this was not there, it would be a 2 star.This was the begining of the season, but when you have clients in the hotel, they need to be treated as if it was full season. For us, this was not done.

Good standard of hotel with very good breakfast.

The location - very short walk to both the beach and the marina, where there are plenty of restaurants. Fantastic lounge area with plenty of seating; good pool, spa and sauna. Good sized room with balcony and sea room - plenty of space for the 3 of us.

Nothing - all good

In February the room rate was exceptionally low for a luxe hotel like this one. Breakfast was delicious. Indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna/hammam was relaxing.

The hotel was good value for money, the room was clean and tidy but overall the hotel looked a bit tired but nonetheless represented excellent value for a one night pre-airport stay.

The fact it was close to the beach and near the harbour .

The best location in Villamoura - right next to beautiful beach, stone's throw from the bustling marina, bus stop to Albuferia next to hotel, stop outside for tourist train, glorious views!

Rooms could do with modernising especially kitchenette in our superior room. My parents also stayed and have limited mobility - they commented on difficult of getting in and out of both swimming pools and jacuzzi - consider safer steps!

Very good location close to the beach and marina. Pool area very clean and spacious with plenty of loungers. Very good selection at breakfast and pool snacks of a very high quality.

Staff very slow at clearing dirty pots off tables at breakfast on our last morning we went into breakfast early and there were a lot of tables full of pots, these tables were still dirty 30mins later when we left the dining room
