Design and very relaxed atmosphere

I enjoyed the location,architecture and food was also good. I do not find very attractive the artificial lake mainly when is not full. Hope you can finish such an ambitious project.

Non-functional furniture and bad lightening

I liked the design of the building and I liked very much the private terrasse with fire. The restaurant is excellent!

1) the low quality of the room for the high price (180€!) 2) the very small bathroom, not very confortable for a 5 stars 3) no Tv in the room and the room very small 4) the spa very small with many poeple (not very 5 stars)

We loved the small gadgets on the room, such as-an IPAD to use, great soaps, the feeling being in a homey Hotel. The staff in the restaurant is superb, in special to mention the sommelier Michael, the food is super presented and tasteful. Special to mention is the size of the room, you are really treated as a VIP here......although we stayed short you have to come back.........we think you get addicted to this heaven in the Alentejo The wine they produce is as well superb................

We loved it all, but care must be spend at various spots in the hotel, the spa is not great looked after, the shower half working has to be cleaned with anti-cal products, as well the showers in the rooms. Lights - tiles have to be checked in the spa- swimming pool. The water system for the bath tubs inside and outside have to be checked, a nice design of an architect but a horror to fill them up, takes ages. The main outdoor swimming have to be good cleaned with anti- alges, very slippery now and not good clear, a pity. Well let it be a challenge for the entire staff a challenge to keep up this amazing place and care & pamper it all with love for the profession.........and a courageous owner....

The plunge pool was overrated and in a tiny courtyard with a small stagnant pool that was not attractive The bathroom looked great but the very large bath took ages to I'll and wasn't comfortable There was no evening turnwn service The lighting on the outdoor tables for dinner was so low it was difficult to read a menu or see the food

The sky room is excelent, the ambience in the pool IS absolut refreshing. The service And the staff is absolutely professional And kind with the Client.

The price IS a litle expensive To montemor.

The Rooms. More houses than rooms, our Suite had two rooms and two terraces. The Pool: Superb infiniti pool completely surrounded by grass, with a lake and two castles on the horizon The food: Gourmet with a regional touch The service: gentle and efficient

Great architecture and interior design, very nice and friendly staff. We felt like royal family. Delicious food in the charming gourmet restaurant. Excellent wine choice. Spa is outstanding. Definitelywill come back

Suprisingly we found out the absence of small necessary things in the room like suitcase rack, shoehorn and shoepolish,iron, but it's not the case.

Apenas achei que a cidade mais próxima (Montemor-o-Novo) não merece uma unidade hoteleira como esta. Estás pouco/nada virada para o turismo. Por exemplo não consegui visitar o castelo (tinha placas a indicar que eu segui e depois terminava num sinal de trânsito proibido e obras que nem permitiam estacionar). Seguindo uma estrada à volta do castelo acabava numa estrada fechada e tive de voltar para trás.

O projeto é lindo! O spa muito bom. Atendimento ótimo no check in.

Não fazem a cama da noite, restaurante super demorado no atendimento da cozinha (o prato levou 1 hora para ser servido), prato quente do café da manhã tb muito demorado e o principal: a promessa de dormir admirando estrelas não existe pois a tela acima do vidro ofusca a visão. Isso foi uma decepção. Há cobrança de eur 50,00 a mais de taxa "diversos" que é referente a diferença de tarifa do booking.com. Fiquei sem entender por que já que há promessa de tarifas equivalentes.

spa incrível, todo o hotel com serviços e equipe muito boa, muito bem treinados e prestativos. o quarto grande e confortável e o teto solar um luxo.

do vinho produzido e o preço do restaurante, achei um pouco caro, mas excelente tanto a comida como o serviço.

Pouca escolha no equipamento do Spa.

Foi tudo muito bom. Do conforto do quarto, da natureza que rodeia todo o hotel e toda aquela paisagem muito bonita. É o sitiu ideal para quem quer ter uns dias de descanso absoluto.

Jantar preço/qualidade sómente razoável

Excelente Staff. O staff e composto por uma equipa jovem e dinâmica estando atenta a qualquer necessidade do hospede. Ótimos quartos.

O facto de a piscina interior "aquecida" estar a 23c. O que para mim e frio numa piscina aquecida, especialmente no inverno.

Da tranquilidade e da localização

O hotel pode molhorar em alguns aspectos, a sala de refeiçoes, torna-la mais acolhedora como tambem resolver o problema do ruido das cadeiras. Na minha opiniao o preço é demasiado alto para o que é oferecido, pois nao foi possivel usar a zona do spa porque o aquecimento da piscina encontrava-se avariado assim como tambem o banho turco.

Gostei da localização, paisagem envolvente, conforto, design e funcionários.

A piscina interior estava gelada e o banho turco não estava a funcionar. Achei a massagem excessivamente caro para o tipo e qualidade da mesma.

Boa qualidade e acima da média em quase tudo.

O único senão sério - falta de lz para ler em qualquer lugar do local. Em tudo o mais se enquadra no que se está à espera. A oferta de produtos nas casas de banho tb poderia ser melhorada

Uma refugio soberbo, excelente o conceito sky view, massagem de boas vindas... definitivamente a repetir.
