Localização, os quartos que dão para o jardim, nas trazeiras do hotel, são os melhores porque são mais sossegados. Falta de profissionalismo dos empregados do bar/restaurante, má qualidade dos snacks |

A part la situation géographique(centre ville), rien ne peut justifier le prix excessif de cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement mauvais, pas de fruit frais, juste des fruits en conserves qui baignent dans le jus.Le placard dans la chambre, ressemble à un placard à balai (pas de place pour mettre ces affaires).Et le bruit du marteau piqueur dans l'hôtel (en travaux! )Pendant la journée et tout simplement abominable. |

locatie in centrum, bushalte stopt voor de deur, kamer aan achterzijde met zicht op botanische tuin met balkonnetje ontbijt sober, wifi belachelijk duur 20 euro voor 1 dag als je je eigen laptop bij je hebt, wil je kaart kopen voor pc op hotel dan laat hun pc geen hotmail of gmail door. Als je eigen laptop bij je hebt kan je gratis op wifi hotspot bij bijv Cafe-Restaurant Copa Habana. Hotel is bezig met verbouwing (aug 2009), vroeg in de ochtend werd er al geboord, niet fijn wakker worden |

Localização: muito central e acessível,a pé,a todos os pontos de interesse da cidade.De resto e como assinalei anteriormente é um hotel de três estrelas que rivaliza com alguns de quatro estrelas.Foi uma estada muito agradável. Melhorar um pouco o pequeno-almoço,a nível de variedade dos alimentos e mais rápida reposição dos mesmos. |

Simpatia dos empregados e a limpeza dos quartos acesso de internet wireless nos quartos e melhoria no sistema de agua quente pois havia momentos que so surgia agua quente apos mais de 5 minutos de agua a correr |
