Simpatia dos empregados e a limpeza dos quartos acesso de internet wireless nos quartos e melhoria no sistema de agua quente pois havia momentos que so surgia agua quente apos mais de 5 minutos de agua a correr |

De ligging van onze kamer aan de achterzijde met uitzicht op de botanische tuin was prachtig. Baliepersoneel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vloerbedekking in de kamer was vui, versleten, duidelijk aan vervanging toe. De minibar zag zwart van de schimmels, badkamer ging net: de ergste schimmelplekken waren al voorzien van nieuwe kit. Dunne handdoeken etc. Personeel in ontbijtzaal was erg onverschillig: vandaar matig. Airco maakte vee lawaai en leek het niet te doen: heel benauwd s nachts. Jammer: het hotel is qua ligging perfect. |

Uma estadia sem agua quente... é um pouco difícil ter gostado de alguma coisa... O hotel não tem capacidade de receber e preencher todos os quartos, como é prova a falta de agua quente desde o final da tarde. Mas também quando houve agua foi bem cedo de manha e era alternado, ou seja muito quente e depois gelada!Nada agradável! Não nos foi dada justificação, ainda tiveram a coragem de dizer: ah sabe estamos quase cheios hoje... como se isso tivesse alguma desculpa!!! |
