Very clean facility. Excellent staff and good cuisine at a moderate price considering its proximity to the Our Lady of Fatima site.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of fruits and bread, eggs, bacon, juices, yougurts and cereals. The hotel is very nice and close to the Fatima´s sanctuary ( 5 minutes only).

We do not not usually stay in the more international / contemporary style hotels favoring something more "typical" of the country. We chose this for a base to see Coimbra and the Silver Coast not expecting anything special , but I was very much pleasantly surprised how nice it was here. The style really works for this hotel ,tastefully modern and spacious. The menu in the restaurant was perhaps a tad limited but very well prepared and delicious. The breakfast was great ,lacking nothing. Staff were great. All around a great place!

mechananical maintenence was poor shower needed tightening drain in b'room neeeded adjusting for the water to flow (i did it)

The staff were fantastic. It was home away from home.The reception staff, the catering staff and the cleaners were all very friendly.

I liked everything about the hotel. No discremination of any sort.

Excellent location for the Basillica, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and a very comfortable hotel. The restaurant provided excellent quality food, both breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are clean and confortable and the staff is very kind.

The hotel ticked all the boxes for us - the bed and pillows were very comfortable , the wifi connection was good , the car parking on site was convenient , the hotel is well located within easy walking distance of everywhere ; the breakfast was excellent - there was a kettle in the room ( a rarity in Spain & Portugal ) and it was great value . We will be back .

The shower screen for the bath opened inwards instead of outwards & so getting in and out of the bath / shower was interesting - not a major issue for us but it would be impossible for anyone ( young or old ) who is not agile ... or on the large side .

After spending some time in Lisbon, we came to Fatima for a family pilgrimage. The hotel is new (circa 2 years) and is absolutely beautiful. A subtle art-deco style with a tasteful and elegant touch. The rooms and beds were excellent and the free wifi had a strong signal from our room. There is a bar in reception where you can order drinks and snacks and free parking if you drive (as we did). It's a 5 min walk to the basilica which is absolutely beautiful - if you make it to Fatima, you must also walk to Aljustrel to visit where Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco were born (only a 1 mi walk). Finally, the hotel restaurant rivalled the cuisine we had in Lisbon with local dishes freshly prepared accompanied by excellent wines (I had the grilled Octopus - excellent). If you are going to Fatima, make sure you stay here.

The best hotel in Fatima, and I mean it.. This was the second time we stayed there. I had contacted the hotel by email and requested a room overlooking the church, and they did just that..What kind and pleasant staff they have ! The staff are an ASSET to this hotel.. The hotel is located only 3-4 min. On foot from the shrine.. It is spotlessly clean, has free Wifi and a restaurant.. Highly recommended for anyone coming on pilgrimage to Fatima

The room was nice. Hot water all the time, fridge in the room, a wonderully big balcony which I spent alot of time on, wide screen tv and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff were very nice and spoke English.

I liked everything but the wifi was not dependable in the room. They rebooted the system many times for me but it did not help. They need to get a new router that can handle the capacity of users when the hotel is full.

i liked the decor and the comfort of the room. It was comfortable and relaxing.

just so good!! that I could recommend anyone having Fatima visit in mind. Restaurant in it? Never skip.^^

Hotel and room have an inhospitable and cold atmosphere, no decorations, no coffee/tea in the room and no balcony in contrast to specification on booking.com

Everything was great, special mention has to be made about the buffet breakfast which had great variety and was excellent value for money.

Everything to do with the hotel was fantastic. ALL the staff were kind friendly, willing to help with requests or information, they could not do enough to please you. Rose petals, champaign and fruit were in the room at the beginning of our three day stay and replaced with fresh each day. Price wise can not be beaten.

Superb modern hotel within walking distance of Fatima centre. Excellent room and staff. Restaurant was reasonably priced for the excellent meal, with staff able to recommend good wines. Good parking on site and easy to find. Worth a second visit

T he location for the Bascilica was superb The staff were very good and very obliging and the rooms were clean and comfortable however I would to see a few more English speaking channels on the T V

The standard of food was very poor in particular breakfast
