The reception staff was pleasant and most accommodating. Location - not a pedestrian friendly part of the city. West of central square was much more pedestrian accommodating - wider sidewalks, pedestrian only streets, parks and sidewalk cafes - less dangerous for walking. |

- Compared to other hotels in the city, the pool area was fairly large and there was enough space was sunbathing - Furniture arrangement in the hotel room was not practical |

the pool was great, and the staff very helpful. The hotel location is very good, near the town center and the new "portas do mar". |

O hotel está bem situado perto do centro da cidade, os funcionários são muio simpáticos, os quartos tem um mobiliário moderno e confortável. Deveriam ter chá ou café disponivel no quarto. |

Localização central, recepcionistas prestáveis, muitos canais televisivos e diversificados, e limpeza do hotel Fiquei num T1 e as camas extra ( sofás) não eram confortáveis, além de me terem cobrado mais por cama extra do que estava no contrato online |

localização do hotel / quartos frigobar deve estar guarnecido ou no mínimo deve ser colocada uma garrafa de água nos quartos / pequeno almoço tem um valor de 10€ / adulto e 5€ /criança / sinalização de entrada no hotel para quem vem de carro é mínima, levando a possíveis enganos |

Limpeza e modernidade das instalações Ter um salão para oferecer café da manhã, como na maioria dos hotéis(atualmente é preciso pedir o café da manhã com um dia de antecedência e somente é servido no quarto). |
