If you need a family Hotel, choose this one. The hotel is very comfortable with friendly staff. In addition, the hotel is very clean. (Even in scandinavian standardt;-) The sidewalks are very narrow in this side of town - thats not Hotels mistake, I assume. |

The reception staff was pleasant and most accommodating. Location - not a pedestrian friendly part of the city. West of central square was much more pedestrian accommodating - wider sidewalks, pedestrian only streets, parks and sidewalk cafes - less dangerous for walking. |

Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli ja allasalue. Huoneen jääkaappi toimi vain, kun ovikortti oli paikoillaan. Jos kortin jätti, siivoojat ottivat sen pois ts. jääkaappi oli käyttökelvoton. Muutaman kerran ostamamme elintarvikkeet menivät pilalle ja niitä ei voinut käyttää. Hotellin ravintola oli auki vasta iltapäivällä ja aamupalan sai vain edellisiltana ennakkoon tilaamalla huoneeseen. Esim. kahvia ei saanut aamulla koko hotellista. |

Goed en netjes verzorgd appartementencomplex. De kamers zijn ruim en volledig. Ook de kleine keuken is netjes voorzien. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het appartementencomplex ligt net buiten het centrum, maar het centrum is in 10 minuten lopen te bereiken. Ook de bushaltes en supermarkten zijn binnen 10 minuten lopen te bereiken. Het complex zelf is rustig: in het appartement merk je niet dat je in de stad zit. Het complex is een goede uitvalsbasis om Ponta Delgada en de rest van het eiland te verkennen. Het eten in het restaurant is kwalitatief goed, maar erg duur. Zeker in vergelijking met andere restaurants in Ponta Delgada waar dezelfde of betere kwaliteit geleverd wordt voor een lagere prijs. De straten rond het appartementencomplex zijn smal en erg druk met verkeer. |

Sijanti on erinomainen. Henkilökunta palveli ystävällisesti. Hotelli ja huoneet ovat erinomaisessa kunnossa. Buffet -tyyppinen aamupalatarjoilu ravintolassa parantaisi vielä entisestään hotellin laatua ja palvelua. |
