The rooms were great. All appliances and furniture were new. Air conditioning worked great. Hotel staff spoke good English and were ready to please. |

As it was quite a way out I would have prefered the courtesy bus to run more frequently, say hourly and til later in the evenings. |

Large Swimming Pool & Childrens pool ideal for the younger children. Rooms were an excellent size, with separate areas and a very large bathroom. The courtesy coach provided to the main resort was much needed and therefore we used this on many occasions as there are limited facilities outside of the hotel. The hotel mentions that it has a policy for 'no reserving of sun loungers', however this was not the case on 9 of the days we stayed - people were up early to put their towels on beds. Only on the last day of our 10 days did we see one of the hotel staff remove most of the towel which were left out all morning. Eating and drinking at the pool bar was very expensive during the day. |

Nice hotel but need to have a car as it is middle of nowhere. Has 4-star facilities but there are lots of little things that undermine the 4-star rating - see below. Stay at this hotel if you can get it for less than EUR 500 for a week otherwise there are lots of other nicer hotels in Albifeira! For example there is a gym but you have to pay to use it (steep prices, no discounts for guests!), nice bathroom but soap provided from cheap dispensers (could provide complimentary toiletries like any other 4-star hotel!), room is cleaned daily but only the floor is hoovered (not mopped given its a tiled floor) and beds made - no dusting/tidying up is undertaken, staff not friendly. |

The room had lots of space and was big enough to perfectly accommodate 2 adults + 2 children. The hotel has activities for the kids 3 times a day which is also very good especially if the weather is not so good. Sometimes the room was only cleaned later in the afternoon. Also when they clean the room they do not wash the dishes. |

I took my daughter for a week there in April 08. Its clean, spacious and all rooms have a view of the fabulous hotel pool. The hotel looked like it had been constructed in the 60's/70's but it had been refurbished with modern Danish fixtures and fittings. The music (if desired) piped through into your bedroom and bathroom was a nice touch. The room was spacious and bright with a good sized balcony You need a car. Its an hours hilly walk into the old town and 30 mins hilly walk into Montechero. Internet connection was painfully slow to the point we gave up. Having to leave a deposit for an iron and tv remote control and deposit and charge for security box was excessive. The food at the pool bar was really poor and the evenings entertainment was aimed at the over fifties. |

It is a good, well managed hotel with excellent facilities, particularly for self catering..The hotel is situated about 1mile (1.5kms) from beautiful Algarve beaches and the nearest big town, Oura. Free hotel transport and taxis' at modest cost are availablealong with the local bus service. Plenty of parking for those with cars. |

De tudo. É, sem dúvida, o melhor hotel de Albufeira, com destaque para o atendimento, a piscina e para os apartamentos, que são fabulosos. É ideal para famílias com crianças, com um parque infantil mto giro. Recomendo vivamente! Talvez alargar o horário da piscina interior |
