The only excelent thing in this hotel was that we fit in TO (studio) with no problems- were 2 adults and 2 kids(one 9 year old and one infant) . Just had the babe bed with us and booked as parents with one kid, paying a little more for one extra bed. Room specious and kitchen equiped. We did not like very much the hotel: indoor sweam pool very small, crauded with very cold water (pictures on the net very missleading). |

We visited in off-season but still over New Years. Not all services were available. Kitchen well equipped. Bath tub. In door pool. Spaceous. Some staff acted indifferent, not very forthcoming. They all seemed a bit depressed actually. Internet corner was convenient but had some clumsy applications that made it inefficient. As a 4 star hotel I expected a bit more "luxury". Like bath robes and slippers or a better hair dryer and an ironing board. |

Pretty much as promised. No Surprises and most of the time, no surprises means good! A few areas were closed for renewal. Some were compensated (like the swimming pool) but others were not (like the children area). |

the room was quite large and well thought out, with maximum use of space membership to use the gym was expensive and then you had to pay for lots of extras for the experience. indoor pool good idea but had to buy a swimming cap to use it. 8 internet terminals that never worked. basically lots of hidden extras to fork out for.entertainment awful! |
