Peaceful and very quiet which is what I needed. Price for a 0.5l of beer was different on three occasions. |

pretty good hotel, very good restaurant cross the street. very crowded area, hard to find parking place. The room was in the low floor with the view on the roof, there were stains on the tile floor - not removable. |

The room was very clean but some of the room fittings were tired and broken, eg the safe didn't work, the curtains were very worn, the chest of drawers was missing drawers. |

A vista para o mar, a simpatia dos empregados, a higiene do hotel, a dimensão do quarto e a kitchenet bem equipada . Sugiro ao hotel que faças algumas obras de melhoramento nas infra-estruturas (pintura dos quartos, exterior, etc). |

es un apartamento acogedor, ideal para unas vacaciones en Madeira. Está bien situado y tiene una zona de baño en el mar preciosa y muy divertida había una obra en la calle que en algunos días hacìa insoportable la estancia en la habitación a las horas centrales, aunque supongo que esto es inevitable |

Завтраки ниже среднего. Купание в море невозможно всвязи с близостью пирса к прибрежным скалам. Плохая парковка. Улучшить питание в отеле. Удлиннить пирс либо организовать капание в бассейне с морской водой. |

La piscina y el jardín es lo único que se salva del hotel. El baño huele a huevos podridos por decir algo. Toallas amarillentas. Olor a húmedo y cerrado en la habitación. Frigorífico viejo y ruidoso (tuvimos que apagarlo por las noches). La alcachofa de la ducha no se puede colgar (hay que cogerla con la mano). La almohada vieja, estaba confeccionada por trozos de espuma y además se veía sucia si quitabas el cubre-almohadas. Las sillas de la mini-terraza (unos 4metros cuadrados) estaban sucias. El colchón de la cama poco cómodo. Y lo mejor de todo un par de arañas que había en el baño, si no fuese por todo lo anterior podría ser entendible ya que estábamos en la planta baja, pero eso fue el colmo. He estado en pensiones en España mejores por 30€ habitación doble. |

Personalen ger toppservice, och att dom varit anställda ett antal år är ett gott betyg. Dom har humor och språkkunskap som är ett klart plus. Jag älskar hotellets läge på en klippa med utsikten över vattnet. Jag tycker så mycket om hotellet att jag bott där tre gånger på ett år, vilket säger en del... Kan inte komma på något. |
