The staff were a amazingly hepful and friendly and coudn't do enough for us . The swimming pool area was really nice and relaxing and the beer in the bar was cheap!! There is a nice outside area and we had a few BBQ's as evry apartment has one

The only thing was that is was a 20 min walk to Quarteira beach which was fine for me but my parents are a bit older. The hotel has a taxi service and can drop you off for 6 euros

Excellent customer service as usual! Great apartments in a lovely setting not too far from all amenities. Next time Alberto can you organise the weather also?!

We really liked our host who even set up a romantic dinner outside of his restaurant, everyone was friendly, spoke good english, we enjoyed the room with amazing spacious terrace and view over the swimming pool which is nicely lit in the evening. Bar and restaurant are very good, walking distance to the supermarket or down to marina. It wasn't problem with very late check-in. They can pick you up on the airport even.

Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff

Staff were very friendly and efficient. The guy who runs the place (Alberto) was helpful before and during the holiday.The location is good for walking to the sea-front at both Qarteira and the marina at Villamoura. The onsite restaurant is ok.There is a good local restaurant very close to the apartments, and a supermarket.

The apartment was ok but not equipped for those parties that want to do a significant amount of "self catering". There was a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and 2 ring electric hob which was the extent of the powered kitchen equipment i.e. no oven or washing machine. That said the food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

Great staff and management who were all so friendly and helpful and the guests were almost all portuguese ( no lager lout brits - bliss ) which made for a real relaxed and laid back feel around the place. Would like to thank Alberto in reception for his service to us aswell as Rubens ( Jesse Metcalfe ) in the bar and a big thanks to Antonio the owner for his hospitality in asking us to his epic birthday party with his family and friends. The pool is great , bigger then most hotels you would find and surrounded by lawn.

Possible location, a bit far from main attractions and beach

The staff were very friendly and very helpful at all times. The pool area was spacious with grass area. The apartment was very good with lots of space and comfortable. The restaurant and entertainment was very good.

The only downside was that you were not allowed to use rings and linos in the swimming pool unless a very very young age.

A little piece of heaven. Food was delicious. Staff could not be more helpful and nice.Apartments spacious an spotlessly clean an well equipped. shops less than 5 min walk.

apts are good size with young kids, we had 2 bedroom ..a 20 mins walk 2 the beach..

the staff were fantastic the apartment was roomy and a well equiped kitchen. The bar was very good.

it was a little far out ,ilike walking so no problem for me ,the pool was smaller than looked on photo but idont do pools anyway. Watch the wardrobe doors .they could do with fixing hahaha!!

Alberto was a real star. Helped with everything issue/problem we had. Would def. be staying here again whenever in the country.

The hotel rooms could do with some updating/redecorating.

Dos habitaciones con 2 camas muy confortables. Amplio baño.

No hay WIFI en los apartamentos

La taille des appartements, la piscine, le barbecue sur la terrasse, la proximité de la plage, le grand nombre de serviettes de toilettes.

La propreté pas toujours au top, le côté un peu bruyant dû à la proximité des appartements et du bar.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa!! Apartament czysty. Dobra lokalizacja.

Espaço externo agradável

Espaço interior muito sujo e com mau cheiro. Reservámos por 60€ mas tivemos de pagar 100€ no check-in. Reserva de apartamento com 2 wc, mas ficámos num com 1 wc que muito devia à limpeza. Climatização não funcionava, tv satelite inexistente, tv só canais nacionais.

Recomiendo el bar-restaurante de los apartamentos para relajarte tomando una copa con buena música, y el personal tanto del bar como de recepción excelentes, muy buen ambiente.
