Apartamentos Mare

The apartment was very clean, we had our own kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms for 8 nights and paid only 200 Euro for our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to Pingo Doce Supermarket.

As mentioned previously the apartment was tremendously inexpensive. It was a perfect stay for three adults and the apartment has plenty of room with two bedrooms, lounge, dining area, kitchen and two balconies overlooking the ocean that can be used and were! All amenities except for washing machine (but not bothered). Staff had put the heater on for our arrival which was nice. Highly recommend to stay, especially for price. Town was lovely, but quite a tourist trap. Restaurant food was disappointment after Lisbon. Easy to cook for ourselves in the apartment though and plenty of equipment, very happy to stay here again.

The locks on the sliding doors to the balconies could only be used on the inside so you could easily be locked out. Could have used more heating or another heater, one wasn't enough.

The apartment is really roomy with 2 bedrooms and a sitting room with a small TV. The shower is very good. The kitchen has the basis stuff for some light cooking. There are 2 balconies of which one is facing the beach (but quite far away). A supermarket is right around the corner which is very convenient. Excellent value for the money if you don't mind the distance from the beach and to its staffs at Hotel Mare.

You have to pick up the keys and check out at Hotel Mare. The apartment is a significant distance up the hill from Hotel Mare. Our garage door key didn't work the first time, so we had to go back to Hotel Mare to have it reset. The staff also didn't showed us clearly how to get to the right apartment. We ended up going to Vila Mare at first and couldn't open the door there and later found out Apartment Mare is at a lower location. It was quite confusing.

Apartments were clean, very comfortable, all rooms (2 bedrooms, kitchen, lobby and sitting-room) were provided with all nessary equipments and furniture. Also we had free of charge private parking near apartments, so our car was safe enought to leave. Staff was helpful, but reception is located 1km from apartments, so if you have some questions you have to use phone, or walk to ask them tet-a-tet. We had one unpleasant situation - receptionist didn't give us a key from our apartment, only magnetic card from a parking site. So i had to handle this by phone. Happily there was housemaid which gave us her keys. It was very kindly women - thanks to her Price was fair, city was nice and we were happy to visit Nazare. Apartaments are 10-15 minutes to walk to the ocean.

Noisy streat if you like to sleep with open windows.

Very friendly reception at the Hotel Maré. Spacious kitchen/dining area. Definetly a good bargain in September - if you can do without any pictures on the wall in bedrooms that are charming as hospital rooms.

Unfortunately the walls are thin as paper - you'll never be alone and hear every laugh, every move, every chair scratching the floor of your neighbours. This was very annoying! The TV-Set could have a bigger screen - it's really thumbnail-size.

The place was tremendously inexpensive but fantastic! We also stayed at the Villa apartments run by the same place (Hotel Mare) and it was doubly fantastic! Both are very close to a food market. If you get the chance, choose these places because they are great! The staff people were also wonderful!

Very good and big apartaments. Two big sleeping rooms, kitchen, dining room, daily room. Clean and comfortable with garage next building. Kitchen is well equipped - only lack is liquid to wash up dishes. Two big balconies/ terraces. Large bathroom with big amount of very white :) towels. 100 m behind apartament is supermarket PingoDoce. Its half way between ocean and top of cliffs.

Un peu loin de la plage (colline à gravir). Équipement cuisine un peu juste. Pas de lave-linge, ni de lave-vaisselle.

Lo mejor es la relacion calidad precio y sobre todo la limpieza ,el personal muy atento,nos faltaron los tenedores en el apartamento y nos los repusieron al momento de decirlo,en general todo muy bien,repetiriamos.

Lo peor el colchon de la cama de matrimonio,era insufrible y creo que no somos muy quisquillosos , tambien molestaba un poco el ruido de la carretera puesto que estan ubicados cerca de una glorieta y por ultimo si quieres ir a la playa andando tiene una cuesta un poco insufrible tambien.

Espace. Confort, pour un prix défiant toute concurrence. Attention, l'été si vous ouvrez les fenêtres, il doit y avoir du bruit de circulation. Piscine inclue. Bravo!

O colchão já teve melhores dias.

É a segunda vez que fico hospedada num destes apartamentos e continuo satisfeita. É um sítio acolhedor e confortável e está bem localizado. O supermercado está a dois minutos a pé e a praia é só descer.

Dava jeito haver uma esponja e detergente para loiça, mas não é grave.

L'appartement était très grand, la literie assez confortable et tous les draps, serviettes d'une propreté irréporochable. Le parking privé en sous sol est un vrai plus ainsi que la piscine sur le toit (nous n'avons pas pu la tester car séjour hors saison). Nous avons apprécié les explications du personnel de l'hôtel pour arriver à l'appartement. Le prix imbattable.

Les appartements sont en haut de la colline, donc un peu éloigné de la plage. Il y a aussi le bruit de la circulation, car proximité d'un rond point assez fréquenté.

Weg zum Strand etwas weit ,Appartment liegt oben am Berg und an einer viel befahrenen Strasse, so das es nicht sonderlich ruhig war, bes. nachts

Het betrof een prachtig appartement op de bovenste etage met uitzicht op zee (wellicht omdat andere appartemenetern niet bewoond waren), Maar het was zeer comfortabel. Alles was aanwezig en superschoon.

Eigenlijk niets, behalve de lange klim naar boven, maar daar kan het appartement niets aan doen. Bovendien is er een lift van de benedenstad naar de bovenstad en dan is het nog maar een klein stukje naar beneden.
