Great location in Funchal near to the town centre and marina. Try to get a room with a balcony as they have the better view and are quieter. Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Dolce Vita shopping centre, supermarket, bread shop and taxi rank 2 minutes walk away, marina and promenade with shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk - all ideal for my elderly mother. Being in the town meant that we didn't have to have a taxi every time we went out of the hotel. I would consider staying here again. |

The location was very central to the Funchal historic centre and waterfront. The apartment itself was very spacious- we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as two balsony/decks. Kitchen fine for light meals if desired. Front desk was friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend these apartments. Lack of dish/dishwasher detergent and dishclothes. Could have used additional drinking glasses as all were brandy snifters. |

The apartments are very central and close to shops, restaurants and the harbour. Well equiped kitchen. The apartment looked out on derelict buildings and a very noisy school. There were no armchairs or anywhere to sit other than the bed or a dining chair |

The Location of the Hotel was excellent for the amenities ,shops etc in Funchal Not very sound proof rooms, doors banging on the corridors and the next rooms shower and toilet noise |

nice style of room and bathroom, extremely quiet place and excellent staff! Very sweet too. English is spoken perfectly. I told them that their pillows, blankets caused me to have an allergic reaction because of dust. I told them that just cleaning them more often would probably eliminate the problem. They took me seriously and got right on it. Don`t get me wrong, they looked clean but i thought my reaction was to dust. |

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room, very comfortable apartment, good location, Can't really comment on services and facilities as we didn't make use any of the services or facilities - staff were always friendly and were more than happy for us to leave our case at the hotel after we checked out until it was time for us to catch the bus back to the airport. |

Pela manhã, cerca das 8h/9h o barulho de algumas pessoas ou funcionários no corredor. Falavam num tom normal como se na rua estivessem fazendo com que todos acordássemos. Desagradável. |

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation géographique de cet hôtel situé très près du centre ville de Funchal. De plus, il est très calme et confortable. On y trouve des restaurants sympathiques à proximité, pour tous les budgets. |

Estão muito bem localizados, com estacionamento ( ainda que pago, vale a pena ), com uma kitchenette muito bem equipada, os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos e nada a apontar à limpeza do quarto, estava sempre tudo impecável. |

A localização central e proximidade da Avenida do Mar. Todas as compras podem ser feitas a pé. A simpatia e prestabilidade dos funcionários. As instalações são confortáveis, bem insonorizadas, bem equipadas e com o espaço bem distribuído. Não faz sentido ter que comprar uma caixa enorme de pastilhas para a máquina de lavar loiça, deveriam fornecer 1 pastilha por dia. Uma toalha para a mesa da cozinha seria uma boa melhoria. O chão não estava convenientemente limpo e, apesar do alerta, assim continuou até ao final das 4 noites (a justificação: o aspirador pode estar com pouca potência). Estacionamento é pago, quer no hotel quer na rua desde as 8:00. |
