location was good, large comfortable space. During our stay the shower drain broke and the hotel management demanded that we pay 30 euros to fix the drain. After a long argument about the drain and how things do eventually break after some time of wear and tear they still felt that we were responsible, so we ended up paying half of that amount so that we could go and enjoy our last day. |

A calma do local, a natureza envolvente, a proximidade da capital da ilha. Faltavam alguns objectos de primeira necessidade na cozinha (balde e esfregona, mais tachos e panelas) |

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä vuode, siisteys, terassin banaanilehto, uima-allas, vuokra-autolle parkkipaikka villan edustalla, yksityisyys. Keittiö ei ole, kuten esitteessä sanotaan,"täydellinen". Esim. kahvinkeittovälineitä ei ollut. Ostimme sellaisen itse. Naapuritalon koiran haukunta häiritsi välillä tosi pahasti esim. yöllä. |

A localização era muito boa, com boas condições gerais das vivendas, com uma grande preocupação dos funcionários no bem estar e comodidade dos utentes. Apenas fiquei supreendido com o facto de não existirem tomadas electricas na casa de banho para ligar um secador de cabelo. |

Het hotel-terrein straalt rust uit, ook al ligt het aan de rand van een grotere stad. Je bent snel op de grote weg en het ligt centraal op het eiland. Weinig voorzieningen in de keuken: geen broodrooster, magnetron of koffiezetapparaat. Informatie vooraf over de te nemen afslag van de hoofdweg (niet Lagoa maar 1 verder) kan voorkomen dat je door het dorp dwaalt op zoek naar het hotel, dat juiste aan de rand ligt. |

Tilava, siisti ja rauhallinen. Peruspalvelut lähellä viehättävässä paikallisessa kylässä (Lagoa). Selviää myös ilman vuokra-autoa, sillä paikallisbusseilla on varsin helppo matkustaa Ponta Delgadaan sekä muualle saarella. |

Hyvä, rauhallinen sijainti. Lähistöllä monia hyviä ravintoloita. Henkilökunta hyvin auttavaista. Autojen ilmainen pysäköinti huoneiston edessä. Erinomainen valinta retkeilevälle matkailijalle. Otimme matkalle mukaan PC:n, koska hotellissa piti on WLAN. Siellä ei ollut. En suosittele hotellia sellaisille, jotka aikovat viettää suurimman osan ajasta hotellissa, koska hotellissa on vain pieni uima-allas ja kahvila, josta saa juotavaa. |

La ubicación dentro de la isla y su fácil acceso. Limpieza y comodidad, son muy espaciosos y en general la urbanización está muy limpia y cuidada. |

A simplicidade aliada há calma e beleza da ilha. Um ambiente despreocupado que me fez sentir em casa. Gostei muito. Se a piscina fosse coberta era mais agradável. A àgua estáva gelada para tomar um banho e actualmente existem cobertas em fibra, que aquecem a água com um pouco de sol. Daí que durante a semana da minha estada, não vi ninguém na piscina. |
