The location is Ok, near supermarket, restaurants, bus-stops. The kitchenette is old and not working very well. All need to be changed. No wifi at the room. There is free wifi in the reception.

For what we paid it was really good - perfectly clean (serviced each day of our 5 night stay) and very convenient (just across the road and 'up a bit' from Reids - tell your friends that if you want to impress them!) The apartment was very small with a tiny bathroom( but they still manages to squeeze a bath and bidet in) but if you want somewhere bigger, go elsewhere and pay two or three times the price. The worst thing was the hassle from restaurant owners trying to drag you into their places every time you stopped to read a menu but that wasn't the fault of the apartment owners - just a big problem in Funchal.

Nice and clean, small tv but had cable with over 40 channels, kitchen was ok. Great location, 15min walk to the city center or 5min drive.Wireless system worked ok from the 2nd floor (if close to window ). Limited parking spaces ( max5 spaces), but didn't cause much trouble as i was away for most of the day and returned late evening.

Condições de conforto aceitáveis. Atendimento. Muitas das informações disponíveis aos utentes não estavam em português. Ainda saltava à vista um grande número de erros ortográficos. Falta de ligação à Internet gratuita no alcance do apartamento.

Tem um serviço excelente em que os seus responsáveis estão prontos para o ajudar. A sua localização não podia ser melhor porque fica situado numa das zonas mais turisticas e movimentadas do Funchal. O preço é muito acessivel. Melhor não podia haver.

Schoon maar klein en eenvoudig, doch compleet. Koken van eenvoudige maaltijden was mogelijk. Drie maal per week schone handdoeken en twee maal per week schoon beddengoed. Kamers werden goed schoongemaakt. Kluishuur op kamer mogelijk. Appartement ligt aan een van de drukste straten van Funchal. Ondanks dat de receptie om 21:00 uur sluit, konden we toch tegen middernacht aankomen, maar ik had daar van te voren een mailtje over gestuurd. Tijdens het verblijf is er natuurlijk een sleutel. De op de site aangegeven coördinaten waren niet exact, waardoor we een aantal keer de weg moesten vragen.

ничего абсолютно, только негатив. мебель, посуда древние, вонь канализацией в номере; вытяжка и тв пульт не работают, посуда хранится вместе с помойным ведром, ножи тупые, раздельные краны в раковине для холодной и горячей воды, слабый напор воды в душе, дырявые, грязные полотенца, обеденного стола нет, только журнальный. вешалки из проволоки. интернет не ловит в номере. очень шумно! а с закрытым окном очень душно, кондиционера нет. парковка почти всегда отсутствует. два места из четырех всегда заняты машинами отеля. кто не успел, тот опоздал! от кафе на первом этаже по вентиляции идет постоянный чесночный запах еды. за неделю убирались только один раз, один мизерный кусок мыла на двоих на все время. это самый ужаснейший отель! никому не советуем!

Понравилось место положение Старый раздолбанный отель, вонючие номера, полуразрушенная техника на кухне, минимум удобств. насекомые в номере(Муравьи и комары).Ванная это отдельная тема)))))) Кран с горячей водой отдельно, кран с холодной водой отдельно, так, что бери лейку и комбинируй температуру себе сам, я честно такое видел в последний раз в Советское время. Уюта ни какого, телевизор под потолком , аж голову сломаешь когда захочешь посмотреть. Плита на кухне ели , ели работает, короче не рекомендую ни кому, тем более есть в округе и получше, у меня деньги с карты сняли вперед, так, что пришлось смирится()()

É um apartamento com o essencial para um jovem casal q pretenda visitar a ilha! As camas sao confortáveis, a cozinha esta equipada com o mínimo indispensável para desenrascar uma refeição a 2, a caldeira da água é q podia ser um pouco maior: tem q se tomar banho intervaladamente! Nous avons apprécié le silence de l'hôtel la nuit mais dommage qu'on soit obligé de garder la fenêtre fermée pour éviter les bruits de la rue (excellent double vitrage !!), ainsi que la proximité avec les centres commerciauxpour le "ravitaillement". - Pour le personnel, je parle de la personne à l'accueil qui, au moment du départ (11 h 45) avait l'air de se révéiller ou d'être dérangée : c'est déplaisant , sans plus !! nous n'avons pas rencontré d'autres personnes de l'hôtel. Pour être au courant de l'actualité pas d'autres chaines de télivision que portugaises, quand on ne parle pas la langue c'est génant mais pas vital !. - Hôtel un peu excentré dans Funchal.
