Apartamentos Turísticos Soldoiro

Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, weil wir selber kochen möchten. Die Lage war ok und die Einrichtung des Apartments auch. Wir verbrachten einen Kurzurlaub (4 Nächte) da und waren zufrieden. (Der Strand war auch sehr schön, lang und sauber.)

Excellent location,facing sea and south.Weather superb for November.Linen changed regularly.

The timeshare group who hang about on the street below -noisy and a real waste of space

close to the sea plenty places to eat and drink,several dance clubs.also small supermarket mtrs down road.

the location was very good-only 2minutes walk from the beach. the apartament was very big, there ware 4beds in 2 bedrooms and 2beds in living room, so even 6people could stay in. the rooms were clean. the kitchennette was small but nice and fully euipped(however there was no washing liquid or spongescourers). the reception staff was ok and one lady-Liliana was very polite and helpful.

there was a €2.50!! daily charge for the safe box plus €15 deposit but it wasn't mentioned in the description of the hotel. there was a charge of €9 for the car park for one day! too expensive! also in the bathroom there was a constant smell of urine, don't know where from. the room service was provide almost every day but the smell was still there. to be honest the bathroom needed refurbishing. beds matresses were very firm, it was comfortable for me but my husband complained. on the second day the rash developed on my arms and legs. I'm sure it was caused by the bed sheets so washed them in my own washing powder but it didnt help much and two days later I couldn't expose my arms on sun as it became very sore and itchy.

the friendly staff and close proximety to both the beach and restarants/shops etc, also nice and quiet with no rowdiness.

Very over rated and not good value for money. The decor was very poor and did not live upto expectations.

The location is perfect, beach two blocks down the hill and the strip a couple blocks up the hill. The rooms were big and very spacious, ocean view is a plus. Not sure if the rooms were out dated or if it was normal for Portugal. Regardless the price for the location was excellent. We have two kids and enjoyed our stay.

During our three day they only cleaned once. The noise level was a little high one night due to music from a British pub close by. Beds were not too comfortable but after all the beach and shopping it didn't really matter.

Great location in Oura Street, a fancy street with restaurants and bars. It also very near the beach. The room was comfortable and prepared to the cold during the night in early spring.

The cleaning staff only appeared one day before departure to change the towels and remove the garbage. They should clean the rooms sooner.
