Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, weil wir selber kochen möchten. Die Lage war ok und die Einrichtung des Apartments auch. Wir verbrachten einen Kurzurlaub (4 Nächte) da und waren zufrieden. (Der Strand war auch sehr schön, lang und sauber.) |

the staff were extremely polite and very helpful, nothing was any trouble for them. the hotel was on avery steep incline , appropriately named "cardiac hill" by the locals, this should be mentioned on the site. |

The location is perfect, beach two blocks down the hill and the strip a couple blocks up the hill. The rooms were big and very spacious, ocean view is a plus. Not sure if the rooms were out dated or if it was normal for Portugal. Regardless the price for the location was excellent. We have two kids and enjoyed our stay. During our three day they only cleaned once. The noise level was a little high one night due to music from a British pub close by. Beds were not too comfortable but after all the beach and shopping it didn't really matter. |

Great location in Oura Street, a fancy street with restaurants and bars. It also very near the beach. The room was comfortable and prepared to the cold during the night in early spring. The cleaning staff only appeared one day before departure to change the towels and remove the garbage. They should clean the rooms sooner. |

I liked the hotel being not far from the beach and easy access to shops. Receptionist not efficient with calculations. Different staff quoting different prices at bar. |

Excellent location - right in middle between beach and the strip that has the bars, pubs and shops. Good room facilities, loads of glasses, plates etc. Room had a balcony with a sea view which was south facing so had sun all day. Pool was very good too. Did not accept credit card for payment - only took cash which then used up a lot of our spending money. |

Location was very good for our needs. Small point which I'm partly to blame. The reception is suppose to be 24hrs, but when leaving it wasn't open and couldn't return the safe key, had to leave in the room. No refund. |

Lo cerca que está de todo, porque la zona de marcha está justo al lado, y la playa, que es muy buena, también está muy cerca. No me ha gustado el estado de las instalaciones, muy dejadas y el trato del personal deja mucho que desear. No tiene ascensores, todo de escaleras y por supuesto que no está nada climatizado, solo unos ventiladores a punto de caer, colgados de la pared. |

Não tenho muito que abone em favor deste apartamento, só o facto dos lençois da cama cheirarem bem. O apartamento que nos foi dado era do pior a começar pelo cheiro a bafio insuportavel a mobilia a precisar de reforma urgente, ventoinhas em mau estado e o barulho que é feito pelos outros hospedes não tem esplicação. Contactamos a recepção e o que nos foi dito é que fizemos a reserva muito em cima da hora e no Booking. |
