the staff were extremely polite and very helpful, nothing was any trouble for them. the hotel was on avery steep incline , appropriately named "cardiac hill" by the locals, this should be mentioned on the site. |

The location is perfect, beach two blocks down the hill and the strip a couple blocks up the hill. The rooms were big and very spacious, ocean view is a plus. Not sure if the rooms were out dated or if it was normal for Portugal. Regardless the price for the location was excellent. We have two kids and enjoyed our stay. During our three day they only cleaned once. The noise level was a little high one night due to music from a British pub close by. Beds were not too comfortable but after all the beach and shopping it didn't really matter. |

Great location in Oura Street, a fancy street with restaurants and bars. It also very near the beach. The room was comfortable and prepared to the cold during the night in early spring. The cleaning staff only appeared one day before departure to change the towels and remove the garbage. They should clean the rooms sooner. |

I liked the hotel being not far from the beach and easy access to shops. Receptionist not efficient with calculations. Different staff quoting different prices at bar. |

Excellent location - right in middle between beach and the strip that has the bars, pubs and shops. Good room facilities, loads of glasses, plates etc. Room had a balcony with a sea view which was south facing so had sun all day. Pool was very good too. Did not accept credit card for payment - only took cash which then used up a lot of our spending money. |

Location was very good for our needs. Small point which I'm partly to blame. The reception is suppose to be 24hrs, but when leaving it wasn't open and couldn't return the safe key, had to leave in the room. No refund. |

je zit heel dicht bij strand en winkels, idieaal met kleine kinderen. mijn kindje van 2 jaar is zo wat lek gestoken door de muggen, gemeld na eerste nacht ,gevraagd om klamboe of raamhor,er was geen reacie daar op .erg jammer...er is ook geen airco...vandaar die insecten... |

A proximidade da praia. Os apartamentos situam-se muito próximo da praia. Não precisamos de carro, porque temos a praia, restaurantes, supermercados, etc.. a 2 minutos a pé. Os apartamentos são pequenos mas com o indispensável. Pelo preço não se pode pedir mais. O barulho da rua durante a noite. |

O apartamento é bastante acolhedor, a vista sobre o mar do apartamento onde ficámos é excelente e a praia está mesmo muito perto. Os apartamentos são pouco insonorizados, e não verifiquei nenhum controlo de acesso ao recinto dos apartamentos. Os utilizadores e acompanhantes fazem muito barulho durante a madrugada devido á vida nocturna existente em Oura. Poderia existir algum controlo melhorando a estadia de todos, os que procuram a "noite" e os que procuram a praia. |
