wall every things was great there. location of this apartment was good..... also room....

no parking in apartment... and no free wifi in room.... that is most importent in vication. for find new places in new citys for us........

it is really good over all, staff is very nice especially the evening and night staff...we had booked a studio apartment but we were give one bedroom apartment, which was nice.

Bedroom is not spacious, Breakfast is not very tempting, just bread, butter and tea, no eggs etc.

The apartments were close to beach, near the strip, 30mins walk to old town. Very helpful and friendly staff, loved the sauna/turkish bath

super frienly staff that bend forward and backward to please you. great wiew, comfortable and good location. excellent value for your money if you like a small and older building by the ocean. will stay there again, no hesitation!

no free wifi, no telephone access to use a call card. we were not informed there was free public parking anywhere near the hotel, found out after paying for the 1st night.

Location is second to none, I travelled in October and it was very quiet- I was happy with that and would certainly travel again off season. Staff were very accomodating, considering we didn't arrive til after midnight. On the last day (as it was quiet) we were allowed to stay beyond check- out time as our flight wasn't until later in the day. I thought that was a nice touch. We had a fine view towards the coast. The room was small but adequate. Plenty of pots, dishes and cutlery provided. Plenty of hot water in the room provided. Just be aware, the only English language tv station is bbc World news. Hotel is on a hill- just be aware of that. Handy shop & chemist at the bottom of the street, the "Strip" starts at the top of the hill with no shortage of bars & restaurants. Old Albuferia is about 25-35 mins walk away along the coast. The breakfast was tea/coffee, 2 bread rolls with cheese & ham and jam. I had this on 4 mornings and became a bit boring. Next time I would not pre book the breakfast and eat in the room. The shop nearby takes care of the essentials although the UK/Irish brands are very expensive.

Great apartments, sea view amazing and perfect location. Room clean and comfortable, staff were great, let us check in early and check out late. Will stay again for sure.

Clean and towels changed alternate days. Close to the beach and to restaurants. Good value for money. Pleasant helpful staff. Good shower and good reading lights.

Wakened with noisy people early hours of morning but had no problems going back to sleep. This may be a problem for families with young children.

the view , the location and friendly staff

quite run down, considering it said it had a refurb in 2009 . it must have been on the smallest of budget . still had the old original tiles ,old wooden guards on the balcony etc. pool area looked as if everything was painted with dull matte , it was so rough looking . not a good look ! the hotel could be one of the best, with the potential it has got , but to me it looks no more than a dossing place for young ones to go to the strip and enjoy the nightlife ! probably the most disappointing thing was the self catering facilities!ONLY a 2 ring hob is bad enough ,But the fact the kettle wasn't even electric (£4 ARGOS) it took forever to boil ,so in effect you had one ring to cook on , so if you are wanting to cook for yourself on holiday , forget it if you use these appts !

The place, hotel is situated in 5 minutes both from the ocean and from the center of night life:) The interior is rather nice, beautiful view.

Electric range in the kitchen worked not properly, we had to wait for 40 minutes to boil some water for tea...

Everything, the location, price and room was all perfect.

Wifi is only available in reception, not in the rooms, which was a bit annoying. And you have to pay €3 per hour.

Good location for people who have never been to the Algarve... Very close to beach and many restaurants and entertainment

Balcony with perfect view on beautiful (praia da Oura) beach. Spacious apartment with separate and well equipped kitchen.

I loved the hotels location i had an amazing view from my room.

I stayed in a very comfortable studio which was suitable only for one person. The seaview was fabulous and it was two minutes walk to the beach and similar to "the Strip". Good working ac which was essential as it was quite hot. Nice pool.

It can be quite noisy at night due to the strip being so nearby but the room was quite soundproof if I closed the patio door and kept the ac on.

It was really dirty. Stayed in ground floor appartment the place was filthy and smelly. The shower only ran cold water so no hot water for the whole stay. Wouldnt stay here again. Terrible place

Location to the party strip in Albufeira. However, I did not like the strip itself which is simply full of venues that are over crowded, playing extra loud music and serving over priced drinks. Would advise anyone reading this to pick a hotel in the Old Town of Albufeira. Wayyy better!

Everything costs money. No free Wi-Fi. No complimentary tea/coffee. Breakfast not included in the price of the room. Deposit for tv and Air- Con remote and another 25 Euro deposit for room safety. Arr!!

Great location, down the road was the beach with water activities: jet skiing, para sailing, ring riding. Up the road was the main strip with bars, clubs, restaurants & souvenir shops!

The receptionists had too much sass & very quite rude!! The cleaner was great though on the days she came!! Even though they had a no noise policy after 10pm, there were alot of young people playing music, not that we minded but in the mornings they would play loud music at 9am - that sucked!!
