Aparthotel Balaia Plaza

二つ部屋を予約しました。しかし１つはタバコのにおい、排気口から水周りのくさいにおいがしました。他方の- 部屋は海に面して景色もよく快適でした。値段よりも満足いくはずです。そういう点でお勧めです。室内プール- は結構広めです。冬でも利用できました。クリスマスでも中華店は開いていますので夕飯は心配なしです。

クリスマスシーズン中朝食のサービスはしていない事が情報としてあればよかったですが、実際はキッチンつき- なので、対応できました。

the rooms were very clean.

the front staff were not to helpful .when asked about taxis or another option to get to the airport i was told it would be around 40 euro.they not tell me about transfers to faro.i would not have know only for we met another couple who told us.

1. Very spacious T2 apartment with two bathrooms; 2. Close to the beach (500 m walk); 3. Good value for money (end of September).

1. Appartments could have been better maintained; 2. Some furniture could have been updated; 3. Too late check-in (15.00); 4. Only 6 channels on TV; 5. Two huge balconies were poorly furnished.

Close to beach and friendly staff.

The room that we booked was not available (due to a problem) and the solution was a better room for the same price. 10 minutes walking to the beach. The design of our room was really nice and very clean.

Located in the middle of Hotels and far away from Albufeira (or other Local city) and big Shopping center. The nearest beach is too small for many people. Not ideal place to stay if you haven't a car. Few sunloungers at the Swimming pool.

I was happy to see cleaning room on a sunday and change of towels everyday. Courteous staff and always helpful. Inside pool and outside pool plus gym, very sticking point and location of hotel was away from down town where all the noise are.

Laundry facility was not available at the time due to broke down, but was recomended by helpful staff another location about 1 km from hotel.

During the day the hotel was great. The pools where nice and there where a lot of shops down the street from the hotel.

I went to the restraint at the hotel and the service was pretty bad. There where 3 people working and only 3 other tables and it still took about 30 minutes to get what we ordered (2 bowls of ice cream). Also that lights keep going out at the restraint. On top of it all when we got our Ice Cream it tasted so bad that I had to poor half of my water into the bowl to make it take good enough to choke down. The ice cream there literally tasted like salt. Also I was a little upset because I don't think we got what we should have and since there was a language barrier there I could not really talk to the staff much. After paying 8 euro's for two scoops of salty ice cream we where still hungry and there where no other places to eat.

room was big,cleaned regularly,reception helpful whenever we asked for info. pool bar was nice.

hotel could do with a coat of paint, musty smell from sofa bed,same smell in the hotel bar,could do with night entertainment, walk to pool included alot of steps which was difficult with a buggy,not enough sunloungers at pool.

Apartment with facilities of a hotel.V clean, efficient and good value for money.Lovely pool and only 10 minutes from the beach and restaurants

Just to mop the floor perhaps and more utensils for cooking in the kitchen.Lacks a bit of character

Having the kitchen with a decent little supermarket right on the doorstep was a Godsend. Large rooms, airy and with a nice view onto the sea.

The rooms could`ve been cleaner. They were tidy though not the cleanest. For the price though, it was good.

The feeling of being in an apartment but having the facilities of the hotel

The opening times of the pool were erratic so it was impossible to plan when you could swim - seemed to change on the whim of the management. The restaurant was closed when we arrived.
