Ponta Delgada, the largest city of the Portuguese Azores archipelago, is 14 km away. With a modern décor, all studios and apartments at Aparthotel Do Mirante come with cable TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartments also have a small balcony or veranda. The Vigia da Baleia coffee shop overlooks the the Atlantic ocean and serves regional pizzas, cocktails and snacks. There is also an on-site grocery store, and a summer pool bar at Do Mirante. Apart from a children’s pool, the larger sea-water pool offers enough space to swim a few laps. Afterwards, guests can read a book on a sun bed or relax in the lounge with its TV and DVD player. Small hotel, friendly staff, nice pool Website needs to be updated as there is no longer a cafe or tv room. There has been a lot of development of private villas in front of the hotel since the pictures on the website were taken

The facilities are ok. The pool is a little dirty and not really inviting. the studio apartment is not as good as it looks online. The staff are not really helpful and they don't know really what is going-on, on the island, and hotel

Очень симпатичный небольшой отель. У нас был номер с кухней и шикарным видом на океан. Выбрали его специально из-за уединенного положения. Тишина и покой полнейшие! Отель находится почти в центре острова, что удобно для тех, кто любит много ездить. Ресторан находится в ближайшей деревне. Идти в горку минут 15-20, столько же примерно идти до песчаного пляжа. Возможно, это не всем подходит. WiFi только в общих зонах.

Rigtig godt værelse med dejlig stor terasse - vidunderlig udsigt over Atlanterhavet og den omkringliggende natur/by. Jeg vil mene, at det kræver bil at bo på hotellet, hvilket ikke altid fremgår særligt tydligt. Nærmeste by er ca. 15-20 min. Gang I kupperet terræn. Der er ikke restaurant eller café på hotellet og sortimentet I convenience shoppen er meget begrænset. Men har man lejet bil, så ligger hotellet helt ideelt for at opleve hele Sao Miguel.

El trato magnífico,las instalaciones están bastante bien,la limpieza muy bien.Se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo con buenas vistas y relativamente cerca de todo.

Die ruhige Lage war bestechend, weniger gut der Umstand, dass das Hotel als in Ponta Delgada gelegen angeboten wird. Tatsächlich ist das Hotel 25 km entfernt und nur schwer zu finden. Korrekte Information wäre besser. Ohne auto isst das Hotel nicht zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage, sehr netter Service, zimmer spartanisch, aber ok. Ort sehr rustikal, aber durchaus angenehm und mit viel Lokalkolorit. Alles in allem - dort würde ich wieder wohnen. Keine- bis auf die mangelhafte Angabe der Lage, und das das Hotel nicht sehr gut beschildert ist - aber man ist eben auf den Azoren und nicht in einem tourismus-hotspot
