staff were very friendly and helpful heated indoor pool wasn't heated and was too cold to use, disappointing when this was one of the features which attracted us to this accomodation |

Extremely friendly reception staff with excellent English. The room was huge and very clean. Not far from the beach (the beach is downhill, so returning back to the hotel is a little harder). Close to a supermarket. Free parking. Washing machine was announced, but it was not in the room. |

Reception was really friendly, service minded and made our stay in the hotel really pleasant. Also, location is excellent- beaches are close, restaurants, supermarket as well. Htl needs a little renovation. Pool could be cleaner. |

Enjoyed our stay. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Apartments very clean with all facilities (could do with being decorated a bit better). Swimming pool area lovely including the cafe/restaurant. The man running it very helpful and nice. |

2 basseina,mestopolozenije,v nomere est kondicioner,fen,posuda,na balkone 2 lezaka,na reception-informacija ob ekskursijah,internet,biblioteka,biliard. Pravda bilo obidno za rent car-zakazali na reception,a v gorode videli predlozenija rent v 2 raza desevle??? |

The apartment was very spacious for two people, we had two balconies! It was great value; cleaned daily with fresh towels. The indoor pool was lovely to have as we went early in the year (March). The staff were helpful and friendly, Go to the beach in Montechoro, it's lovely and only €3-€5 cab fare away. Cabrita restaurant across from the Oceanus had good food, welcoming staff and is great value! No we want to go back, preferrably tomorrow! |

The location of the hotel is excellent and we used it as a base for touring the Algarve. During our stay the Computer for email and web was not oprational. |

Personeel vriendelijk en ook erg attent. Onze zoon was jarig tijdens ons verblijf in het hotel, er werd voor hem happy birthday (weliswaar via tape) gezongen, zeer attent. Nette schone kamer. Goede locatie dichtbij strand. |

O Aparthotel possui piscinas interiores e exteriores, que permitem uma estadia agradavel. Os apartamentos estão razoavelmente apetrechados. O pequeno almoço era minimalista, com muito pouca diversidade. Falta o micro-ondas nos apartamentos. |

Boa relação preço qualidade e boa localização, tem uma piscina interna muito boa,mas... A piscina interna não tinha agua aquecida!!! O pequeno almoço era muito fraco. |

A simpatia dos empregados, a calma e sossego em todo o complexo, a proximidade da praia e as instalações de acordo com a relação qualidade/preço. O que não gostei mesmo foi em Outubro a piscina interior não estar aquecida, houve um dos dias que choveu e a água estava gelada, alem de que tivemos que pedir para nos acenderem as luzes. Questionei a recepção que só em Janerio é que aquecem, tive muita pena porque viajando com uma criança de 5 anos em outubro a piscina interior foi um dos critérios para escolher o Hotel. |
