Stylishly renovated in 2006, this apart-hotel offers spacious apartments with balconies in a pleasant environment.

Named after the fishing village in which they are located, the apartments are situated a few kilometres east of Albufeira and lively Oura. In Olhos D'Água, you will find a good variety of restaurants, plus the unique Olhos d'Água Beach.

A fully equipped conference room can accommodate up to 60 people for work meetings or seminars.

The hotel offers a pleasant lobby with a reception desk open daily from 08.00 until midnight. Between midnight and 08.00 this service is provided by the reception of Aparthotel Oceanus next door.

Food & beverage

The restaurant offers guests an à la carte menu. For guests that have reserved bed & breakfast, breakfast is served from 09:00 to 10:30.

For guests with half board, dinner is being served from 18:30 to 20:30 with a set menu with meat, fish or a vegetarian option.

During the summer months the poolside bar serves light Snacks.

Area information

This friendly apart-hotel is located in the tourist area of Olhos d'Água and only 500 metres from the nearest beach. A good selection of restaurants, bars and local shops are all within walking distance. You will be just 3 km from lively Oura, 5 km from main town Albufeira and 30 km from Faro International Airport. The nearest golf course is approximately 3 km away.

Public buses and a taxi rank are just 50 metres from the complex.

Near the beach, very well equipped apartments. The hotel staff was very friendly. Nice pool. Excellent value for money.

Relaxed atmosphere, excellent kitchen facilities for this type of aparthotel ie seperate roomy kitchen not kitchenette.Clean and well decorated.

Some of furniture namely wardrobes with collapsing drawer bottoms could do with updating

I liked everything: staff, room, cleanliness, kitchenette equipment, indoor swimming pool, location, private car park.

The only thing was that you could hear noise of the cars from the main street of the village.

They don´t clean the rooms and can´t change the towels during the weekend. The front desk didn´t say anything at the check in.

The hotel was OK but the location - albufeira is not nice

I would move it to another location - but this is not possible :)
I would not recommend this hotel only becouse of the location

There was no AIRCONDITIONING...apparently just in our room, but we
told every staff member (at least the ones we could find who spoke
english) every single day and they did nothing about it... Never fixed
it, changed our room, discounted or did anything. The heat was
unbearable, we couldn't even stand to be in it. They also charged to
call a taxi for you.

Esta nuevo calidad - precio.

La alarama que esta en el bano no se sabe que es, se ve una cuerda sin ningun cartel, como esta en el bano y el bano tiene extractores lo normal es para los extractores sin ninguna indicacion. Una alarma deberia estar indicada.

la remise à neuf récente

malgré une réservation précoce,nous n'avons pu obtenir qu'un appartement donnant sur la piscine, les autres donnaient sur une terrasse mal entretenue et la vue n'était pas très accueillante...Lors de notre départ on a omis de nous remettre nos cartes d'identités. Nous avons dû faire 500 km pour revenir les chercher !!
