Os apartamentos tem muito espaço e todas as comodidades necessarias para poder fazer as suas refeições. Local calmo para poder descansar O pequeno almoço é bastante limitado (pão, queijo, manteiga, fiambre, marmelada!). Não se pode pagar com cartão multibanco ou visa. Não tem televisão por cabo ou satellite (só os 4 canais portugueses estão disponiveis) |

Een uitstekend hotel, erg rustig vanwege de tijd van het jaar. Gastheer/vrouw doen erg hun best om in andere taal (Frans ) het een en ander duidelijk te maken Ook een beetje engels. Het ontbijt goed /eenvoudig. Onderhoud hotelterrein . Zwembad lang niet schoongemaakt. Geen beveiligingshek naar afgrond. Gevaarlijk voor kinderen. Door aanleg van een nieuwe rotonde beneden in Guarda moet wegbewijzering naar hotel aangepast worden. (Werden nu nog de verkeerde kant opgestuurd. |

La habitación familiar está muy bien, con un sofá cama, cocinita y habitación principal. El baño es grande. Nos pusieron una cuna plegable. El sofá cama estaba roto, menos mal que solo dormía una persona y se quedó en el lado del asiento. El café es malo, muy flojo. En vez de zumo de naranja dan gaseosa de naranja caliente. El pan y el queso estaban muy ricos. |

O pequeno almoço, embora limitado nos ingredientes, era de boa qualidade. A higiene dos quartos fica a desejar, bem como a manutenção das piscinas. Adicionalmente, o facto de a autoestrada ficar perto acarreta barulho indesejado. |

Da limpeza do quarto e da funcionária que a efectuava. Havia moscas por todo o lado. Faltavam acessórios normais de cozinha, como chávenas, colheres de café, etc. No quarto, ouvia-se o barulhos dos outros quartos (arrastar de bancos, choro de crianças). Ao pequeno almoço só havia café com leite e pão com queijo e marmelada. A água da piscina estava muito suja (via-se terra lá dentro). O motor do frigorifico fazia acentuado barulho noite e dia. Grande falta de profissionalismo. A proprietária reagiu às críticas que lhe foram feitas, nomeadamente quanto ao pequeno almoço deste modo "Os Srs não gostam, mas há quem goste. Se calhar lá no quarto, os Srs têm coisas que eu também não gosto". Houve dificuldade em obter o recibo do pagamento, o qual só pode ser feito em dinheiro ! |
