The location, the sea view, the nice and relaxing atmosphere, free internet in the room! The kitchen equipment could be a bit more comprehensive. (e.g toaster, jar, bowl, tin opener, scissors) |

I liked the modern design and feel of the Aparthotel Vila Luz and the spacious apartment opening onto the pool area. 1. I did not like the fact that there was no privacy at all for residents from non residents drinking in the outside bar area and using the hotel sun loungers. 2. I could not have breakfast despite the hotel info saying this was possible if ordered the night before. 3. It is not near a beach. 4. a car is necessary. 5. Their taxi service is not good. |

A simpatia dos funcionários do hotel é sem dúvida um aspecto a destacar. A área da piscina e esplanada é agradável. |

Tive que solicitar quatro vezes (uma por dia) para limpar o quarto, o seviço de apoio ao cliente é mediocre. O funcionário que estava no bar é que fazia de recepcionista e vice-versa. |

Het hotel is mooi gelegen, ver genoeg van het drukke toerisme, dichtbij leuke plaatsjes. Het uitzicht op zee en de rotsen is fantastisch. Het heel mooie strand van Luz is dichtbij (10 minuten lopen). Met een auto zijn nog veel andere mooie stranden te vinden. De uitrusting van het hotel en de kamers is van hoge kwaliteit. De service is die van een hotel, iedere dag handdoeken en schoonmaak. |

Sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Gute Lage am Meer mit sehr guter Aussicht der Zimmer auf das Meer. Offensichtlich ist man nicht daran interessiert, den Gästen Frühstück anzubieten. Ist aber nicht schlimm, weil man für weniger als 12 Euro in entsprechender naher Entfernung gut Frühstücken kann. |

Le cadre, la vue, le confort de la chambre, l'aimabilité et la disponibilité du personnel, la piscine et la terrasse extérieure, la situation géographique, la facilité d'accès à l'hôtel, bonne signalisation routière pour trouver l'hôtel Chambre mal insonorisé (bruit télé provenant de la chambre d'à côté), espace autour du bar (intérieur) froid, par-contre l'espace terrasse est très joli |
