Der er en rar atmosfære, der er altid plads til et smil og besvarelse af spørgsmål, vi har været der 3 gange i år og vil helt sikkert bruge hotellet igen. |

Lys og godt indrettet lejlighed med ringe støj fra gaden og udsigt til gade og palmer. Særdeles god og central beliggenhed, pragtfuld tagterrasse med morgenmadsrestaurant og lille swimmingpool. Overkommelige priser. Et hotel jeg vil besøge igen og som jeg varmt vil anbefale. Madrassen i dobbeltsengen kunne godt være blødere og en dunpude ville være rar - det ville have bragt vurderingen op på fremragende under punktet komfort. |

Very conveniently placed and comfortable. The staff in the terrace restaurant and bar were objectionable and rude but otherwise the staff were very polite and excellent. |

All the front desk staff was very helpful and nice to my mother and I. No! Location was great! We were near shopping and food. We were also near the water. I loved the location. |

Location was excellent, near many restaurants and several tourist attractions. We had a suite for our family of four. Room was spacious and relatively clean. Pool and bar on roof top was pretty good. Room had a little kitchen, we did not use though. We did not spend a lot of time by the pool, but when we did, there were not enough lawn chairs available (area around pool not very large). Beds were extremely hard! |

Good location for visiting centre of Lisbon Attitude of staff at check-in - more interested in chatting among themselves. Refusal to give more than one card for the room -we were travelling as a couple with our daughter in a separate room and staying 3 nights so . Room is small and spartan. There is a swimming pool but it is very small and the area around should have been cleaned by staff more often: location is the only real positive |

The appartmentsize was very adequate once we had rearranged the furniture a bit. The extra bed came without having to ask for it (except in relation to the booking on the web-site). The combination of the location and the swimmingpool allowed for morning explorations in town, midday relaxation in the hotel and late afternoon strolls in town. |

Amazing views from rooftop pool. Amazing quality of the rooms for such a central hotel. Staff very friendly. Will definitely recommend to others. Rooftop bar prices too expensive compared with local bars. |

value for money, centre of town and east to get everywhere great having kitchenette - studio type. Great View.....no pictures to show studio vs apartment, TV had bad connection allowing for picture but no sound also turned self off when not set to do so -asked 3 times for change of but the fstaff not bothered. Telephone went dead, blackout blind was electroninc and great idea on last night it kept going downwards and then broke. Pool pictures on roof top very deceptive rather small must be there early to get sun lounge - chairs readily available |

The apartment was a nice size and very suitable for our needs. The roof top pool was excellent, a really lovely setting. The location was very good with lots of places to go within very easy walking distance. The bar prices were extremely expensive, we would have spent the evening in the hotel if the prices hadn't been so prohibitive. |
