Location pretty ok in the center of the city, rooms (suites) are large, kitchen is of advantage located in area of town with a lot of homeless people around (social security or some other social entity was located there). beds in the rooms are twin size... very uncomfortable. |

Central location, well-appointed room and galley kitchen. Reception staff very helpful. BBC tv. The doorway next to the hotel was used by street sleepers, no trouble, but disturbing to see. If in a room on 6th floor or below the views can be poor. |

Location is great. Hotel is clean and orderly. Suites are convenient for making a quick meal or snack. There is a grocery store just a block away. Internet is expensive but typical. We would not pay the high price again (150 Euros) as we found other places a block or two away for much less. We returned again and paid only 100 Euro the next week - well worth it. Experienced was soured by a very rude and arrogant desk clerk. All the others were great. Our Internet was not working properly and he informed us it was non of his business and he would not be able to help us for some time. We had a few other small inquiries which he just replied 'I don't know' in a rude tone. |

Competant and quick register and departure procedure.Knowledgeable and helpful desk staff.. Although we had a studio room there was plenty of space, we have stayed in the bigger rooms and they are positively palatial.The conversion from cinema to hotel has been handled with great respect for the old building. The breakfast was adequate but not as good as our previous stay in 2006.. |

The hotel was very central to the old town. The reception staff (the men) should reconsider their career in hospitality. They answered phones mid-conversation, they were rude to us on check-in as though it was such a hassle to be serving us and asked me to move down the other end of the counter when checking out with my heavy bag instead of him coming to me to collect the key. The femal staff member was so helpful when we needed to locate our car hire and went beyond expectation. She is an asset to the hotel staff. |

Excellent location right in the centre, airbus stop is in the front of the hotel, walking distance to variety of restaurants, shops and and places you might want to see while in Lisbon. Fully equipped kitchen in every apartment is an asset; you may have your in-apartment breakfast Breakfasts: mediocree quality and pricey, better use nearby shopmarket and your kitchen. Lack of free internet access. If your room is higher than the 6th floor, you will have a view on the concrete wall of back of the hotel fasade. Strong outside lights and lack of full curtains means you never have dark room for slepping (that concerns rooms of the front of hotel, cannot say anything on backyard rooms). |

The location was a 10 minute walk from Bairro Alto The building had no hot water in the morning - we had to wait until evening (when returned) to shower. Also, the spare beds are not comfortable and the room quite small for 5 people. |

Location was of course great, also views from roof's terrance. It was really easy going hotel, felt comfortable all the time. Kitchenette is quite small, but have all facilities one needs in city vacation. We travelled off season that might effect, but I felt getting service was not very easy. We only used terrance bar, but it felt like we are disturbing staff when asking for a beer or glass of wine. |

This hotel was perfect in every way - location could not be better, right in the centre of things and the airport bus stops right outside the door. Beautiful art deco facade disguising a modern and efficient hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was so well equipped it even had a dishwasher! It earned its 4 stars and more. |

Rooms were quiet private and could come and go as we pleased. The staff we curteous and helpful. It was close to the city cenre and nightlife. Easy travelling with bus and trams and to and from airport. The light in bathroom very poor for putting my makeup on. They had homeless people sleeping out in front of the hotel. |

Really good comfort in the room, close to everything, one of the best locations in the city. Nice view. Quality and education of the cleaning staff not even matching a 3 star hotel. No quality and no service at all in the bar at top roof. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. Perfect for walking around the city. I stayed there with my family and we had a great time. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Bus stop, metro and train station all in vicinity. The roof top terrace has a superb view of the city. I would return there. Should include internet facilites. |

We arrived early and they had somewhere for us to keep our bags, they ended up letting us check in 3 hours early. It was good having a kitchen. Some of the front desk staff weren't very friendly. The room wasn't as I expected but the pool was good and it was in a good location. |
