Wifi did not work for the two days of our stay while it was part of room conditions. I asked the reception staff to talk to a manager but nobody has contacted us. Very poor staff and management reaction for a simple problem.

The strong point of the hotel is its location in the center of Lisbon

The hotel is just right in front of the bus lines, and metro, and on the terrace bar, there is a great view of the city and Sao Jorge`s castle. Ít is central to everything and I had a great time overall.

Great location, 5-10 minute walk in any direction to a different area of the centre. We didn't use public transport much, but the metro station is almost outside the front door so very handy when you do want to go further afield. Rooftop pool is a great place to chill out at the end of the day.

It is a bit dated and not stylish, but saying that it was clean and the room was tidied/towels changed every day. Drinks on the rooftop bar are very expensive - 3.50 euros for a can of coke! However, alcoholic drinks are more reasonable.

Hotel is situated at the very center. Very good location. You could not to take forks, spoons, other kitchen things, everything is in your room.

Unfortunately staff speaks almost without smiles,but it's ok. My room was absolutely not what I've waited for: I booked a room a month and a half with two single beds, i've got one not wide bed), my window looked at a window of other building, so we could see everything whats happened at walls and inside other building (1 meter may be between a hotel and other building), my room looked not like at a pic, really, may be I am making a mistake, but I've waited from this hotel something interesting (on bookiing.com it was said that this hotel a little bit fashionable) - but in reality it was just an hotel, with dark corridors that smelled smoking, and broken lifts (really for a short time one lift and the other didn't work (the hotel has more than 8 floors!)...

Practical, central, good value for money

Bedsheets synthetic (not cotton) and telephone rate for external local mobile calls: very expensive, should be mentioned somewhere.

Very central. Clean and adequate. Pefect for a few days city trip.

Good atmosphere, clean, lovely view from terrace at top. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is the very best advantage of staying here. Although right in the centre of town, the building is not noisy. When in the apartments, it is very calm.

Wi-Fi impossible to connect on mobile phones. In room usually ok, but not always. Homeless guys on doorstep of the building. Should be removed. Coffee was bad in breakfast room. Should change the way they make the coffee. It was fine on the terrace at the top of the building.

Excellent location. Supermarket nearby. Waling distance to bars, restaurants, beach and shopping. We never needed to use public transport. Our apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Would stay here again.

Just in front of metro station restauradores and perfect to visit the city center by walk The room have everything you need and if you dont plan to stay inyour hotel the whole day, this is perfect

The wifi is pretty poor and available only in public areas. The breakfast is Ok but it is nicer and cheaper to go outisde in a caffe

Self catering

The location is great in central Lisbon, close to public transport routes and access to the airport. The staff are - very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable; knowledgeable on what is going on in the area and able to provide advise on venues, arrangements and the history of the city. They are rated as twenty out of 10, well done and thanks

The friendly and costumer-oriented approach of the staff members. Also, very helpful.

I wasn't able to connect to their WIFI network as the signal was always very weak. They need to address the issue of remove the claim for free WIFI from the website.

The staff at reception were extremely rude and not at all friendly. This was the last halt for our trip and was possible the worst because of the way the staff dealt with us. In my next Christmas trip to Portugal, I know where we will not be staying.

I liked the fact that there was a kitchen in the unit, and all the conveniences available to actually cook (even though I did not). The location was superb...and not too close to all the late night revelry going on at the turn of the year...

The furniture. The sofa had obviously seen better days, and the carpet had an old-world feel to it. Even though the place seemed clean enough, I would hate to be a forensics examiner looking for clues in the place!

Great location is in the historic centre (undeground and railway station both are near here). Good breakfast is value for money. Reception personal is very responsive.

The housemaid of our room cleaned our room not well (didn't receive new towels and bath amentities in time, sometimes only after call to reception).

Great location - sightseeing and airport shuttle buses stopped right outside hotel. Shops nearby. Hotel opened onto a well-lit plaza so felt a safe area. Beautiful spread for breakfast and an amazing city views from the hotel terrace.

Everything about this aparthotel is excellent - Iwould thoroughly recommend it and will stay there again when Iam next in Lisbon.

Excellent location and the rooms we had were very quiet & no smoking. Much better than staying in a hotel because of the small kitchen and separate bedroom.

I have booked this hotel occasionally, but they charged me one night rate immediatelly and we decided to stay there. I should say we never regret) It is not luxus hotel at all, and maybe if you ever been in 4 stars hotels, it is not what you expected to see, but! there are some bold advantages: the place (right in the middle of everywhere in Lissabon) and view from the terraсe! If your plans are to see the city and travel around - this hotel would be a nice choice for the really small amount of money.

Everything else except location and view from the terrace) It is old, renovated long-long ago and looks really cheap. But as far as I am not there for honeymoon - I am alright with that. And towels are not always changed wherever you leave them. So dont put them on the floor - chances you will find them there upon return). Anyway, it may seem strange, but I do recommend this hotel)
