Fantastic location. Airport bus stops right outside. Tram to Bairro Alto is less than 100m away. Everything you could need provided in room. Staff friendly and helpful. Because the room has so much in it it can feel a bit squashed.

Hotel has a fantastic location, could not be better: in the citycenter, close to shopping areas and restaurants, airport bus is stopping just front of the hotel and there is also a metrostation, behind corner you can take a lift up to the old town Rooms are clean and very spacious, but hotel would need already refurbishment (everything is as in the photos, but just not as bright and fresh...)

The rooms are big enough and well equipped, the sheets and towels are changed daily. The roof terrace is great and the pool is clean. The location is unbeatable, close to almost everything. Airport bus, metro, sightseeing bus, tram - all stop in front of the hotel. The hotel definitely needs refurbishment, it looks a little bit shabby and outdated. It is not a real 4**** but the price is comparable to what is actually offered.

The hotel was ok for the money. Great views from the roof. And a good location as well. One thing which does stick out in my memory of the hotel was an incident as I was leaving. I let the checkout staff know I was disappointed to pay 10 euros for 24 Internet which only worked for 2 hours. When I explained this to the staff, they just shrugged and said I had to pay. Their attitude made me feel like I did not want to return to the hotel. It was not about the money, more their reaction. Thank you for the opportunity to bring this to your attention.

The roof top pool area was great with fantastic views across the city. The rooms were excellent. The hotel was of a very good standard and in an excellent location. I would definitely return to this hotel if I were to visit Lisbon again. Nothing in particular.although the breakfast and internet were extra and rather expensive.

The location was very good, and we encountered one helpful receptionist. The breakfast was really bad, and generally the hotel was not very up to date. I would not recommend this hotel.

There was a problem with the hot water in my room, and the staff were not able to deal with in a professional way. The hot water was gone for the most of three days, only the evening on the second day it was restored, then gone again next morning. I was never offered an apology, a compensation or an opportunity to take a shower somewhere else. Unfortunately, this is all to common in Portugal - people in the Portuguese service industry generally don’t see themselves as providers of service on behalf of their company, but rather as employees with a list of specific tasks to carry out. When anything out of the ordinary happens, they have no clue about what to do, except to call the boss. Of course, this is partly because their boss have instructed them to not do anything out of the ordinary without calling first. So there you go. The result is that problems are often not dealt with in a flexible and creative manner, as I experienced at Vip Eden. There are of course exceptions, but in my experience, when you do get good service in Portugal, more often than not, the person behind it is Brazilian, Bulgarian, British, etc. My advice to others who experience service problems in Portugal, is to insist on speaking to the boss, and not giving up until it's solved.

Very good price in one of the best locations in Lisbon. Nice clean rooms, decent bathroom. Friendly reception staff. Overall... Very good value for money at 69 Euros / night. Hotel lacks atmosphere a bit. The breakfast buffet was not good!

The location excellent for city sight seeing, shopping, restaurants and transport by tram and metro. Liked the self-catering aspect with small kitchenette facilities but bar and breakfast available with roof top view and pool.

Excellent location to all attractions, eateries, bars, and transportation. Very handy for to/from airport (bus 745, 44 & 91). Helpful staff. Basic and clean studios. Nice view, small pool and bar/restaurant at the top. Convenient luggage room. Tired furniture. Unethical staff- prominent mineral foundation powder was taken from inside zipped toiletry bag that was left neatly on the glass shelf in bathroom.

The hotel is ideally located in the city centre of Lisbon. The studio is small, but comfortable. The airconditioning didn't work, so we had to sleep with the window open, which was rather noisy.

In terms of location, it doesn't get any better than this. It's right by Rossio train station, in front of the metro, and a few minutes walk away from all the best sites. The exterior of the hotel is a gorgeous, art deco style. And the view from the terrace breakfast area is amazing. I really disliked that wifi wasn't free, you had to pay for it, and there is system is pretty antiquated and I had a lot of problems signing on with my iPad, which the staff acknowledged happens with MACs. The rooms are a bit dated looking. And the luggage storage room is open to all customers, so theoretically anybody can take your bags while you're out. It's not a secure system at all.

A perfect terrace with a bar providing a sunny breakfast with a great view, central location (walking distance within the old town districts (Baixa, Bairro Alto, not far from Alfama), calm design. Slow and small elevators

The location was good and the price was reasonable. The apartment was very basic. The cupboard and bathroom doors did not close properly, the decor was very outdated and the pillows and bed were quite uncomfortable.
