Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, vanha kaupunki ja metroasema vieressä, lentokenttäbussikin tulee aivan oven eteen. Hotellissa oli erittäin hyvät patjat, ei liian pehmeät kuten yleensä. |

Mukava hotelli hyvällä sijannilla, metroasema ihan vieressä, suhteellisen rauhallinen, ja uima-allas katolla oli mukava plussa helteisen reissun aikana! |

kattoterassilla huikeaa näköalaa katsellen oli nautinto juoda aamukahvia ja pulahtaa päivällä (pieneen)uima-altaaseen. tilava huone, kh ja erillinen eteinen sekä toimiva keittokomero tiskikoneineen. ei äänihaittoja. sijainti loistavan keskeinen. kahden hengen tilahvahkossa huoneessa vain 140 cm leveä sänky, jossa yksi peitto. hotellin asiakkaille tarkoitetussa kattoterassibaarissa kahvikuppi maksoi 4 e. kokolattiamatto tekee huoneen tunkkaiseksi. aamiaisbuffet aika suppea. |

Sijanti oli loistava! Myöskin kattoterassi uima-altaineen oli kerrassaan upea. Tosin sekä pöytien että aurinkotuolien vähäisyys oli ikävää. Tilan puolesta kun molempia olisi mahtunut reilusti lisää. Ertyisesti aamupala-aikaan tilanpuute vaivasi. Siivous huoneissa toimi moitteettomasti. Kattoterassin baari ei ollut koskaan iltaisin auki, vaikka kaikkialla (niin receptionissa kuin hissin infotauluissakin) niin kerrottin. Henkilökunnan asenne tuntui järjestäin olevan lähtökohtaisesti negatiivinen. Pitkän hymyilyn ja mairittelun jälkeen asiat sitten kuitenkin järjestyivät. Paitsi kattoterassin baarissa&aamupalalla. Se kärttyisyyden määrä ja huuto oli ala-arvoista! |

location they did not have bottled water for sale, and the bar was often closed. they told me it was because they are an apartment hotel, and most people go buy that stuff in a supermarket. it might be best to clarify that online, that there is no room service, concierge, etc. As a 4 star hotel, one might expect those things. |

The apartment is very functional, they provide even an iron, but the place was small for us (3 adults, one baby and one 4 yr old child) It is the second time I stay at this hotel, the first time was excellent, but now they gave me an apartment with walls tumbling down. Cleaning is perfect, but people at the reception used to be more polite. |

We loved the views from the 10th floor sun terrace looking out over Lisbon. Also the airport bus stop was in the plaza just outside the hotel. |

The roof top terrace was fantastic and the location, if you want to stroll around Lisbon, is perfect. The room was a bit shabby and needed a good coat of paint. The carpet was old and would be great if it could be replaced but with some kind or parkett flooring. |

Terrific location, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, modern facilities Breakfast at 8.50 euro was pricey. Food was good but other hotels include breakfast in the price for the same room rate. |

Very convenient location. Great rooftop area with fantastic views for breakfast, pool, relaxation and bar. Efficient use of appartment space. Good natural light. Pleasant view from room. Limited WIFI access areas. WIFI signal not working in Appartment. Appartment paintwork in need of quick localised "touch up". |

The room was comfortable and offered good basic amenities (kitchen, clean bathroom, stereo CD player). Breakfast was a little sparse, though not that out of the ordinary for Portugal. |

It is in the centre of the city so it is really easy to get everywhere. at least our room needed to fix a few things, around the hotel there were some homeless people sleeping under newspapers, but in this part of the city it is normal |

The hotel was in a perfect location and was convenient to transportation and restaurants. Loved the roof and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The "suite" was misrepresented and was only appropriate for 4 people if the people were couples. We had to pay for a roll away bed and there wasn't much room to move around, once it arrived. Luckily, we didn't spend much time in our "suite". |
