Отличное расположение, наличие кухни, прекрасный вид с крыши, совсем рядом паркинг. Номера небольшие и душные, система вентиляции работает плохо - отсюда неприятный запах в ванной комнате. Бассейн на балконе совсем маленький (размером чуть больше джакузи). Паркинг не свой, а на площади рядом, стоит порядка 20 евро в сутки. Интернет платный - 1 час 5 евро. |

Расположение, для прогулок - идеальное. Именно место - в нем главное и лучшее, чем есть. Отель явно устарел, надо его модернизировать. Окна пропускают звук, слышны поезда, самолеты, движение транспорта. Через дверь - лифт. |

местоположение отеля в городе оч удачное, рядом - в трех от отеля домах супермаркет, в двух минутах от отеля - железнодорожный вокзал, станция метро в 30 сек. более дружелюбный персонал сильно радует остановившихся даже на одну ночь, а уж если живете там не один день, то тем более.улыбайтесь и будьте более friendly |

На крыше отеля маленький бассеин с чудесным видом на город. Отель расположен в центре города так, что всюду ходится пешком. Кухня была с посудой, раковиной, микроволновкой, посудомойкой. Очень удобно покупать фрукты в соседнем магазине Pingo Doce и есть их. Уборка отличная, сейф бесплатный (нужен лишь депозит), отличный интернет по wifi (слегка платный правда) Завтрак платный и небогатый, один раз сходить можно. В округе много городских кафе и месная хорошая кофейня Magnolia. |

Очень удобное расположение, центр города, метро и ж/д вокзал, великолепный вид с крыши на старый город и замок. Продуманно все до мельчайших деталей-кухня:) Наличие бассейна на крыше. Уютно, достаточно тихо, благодаря интересной задумке архитекторов- не душно и очень красивый внутренний сад- вид которого из окна номера-радует глаз. |

Номера нуждаются в ремонте. Персонал очень не отзывчивый, все сделано не для удобства гостя, а чтобы усложнить ему жизнь. |

Excellent location right in the centre, airbus stop is in the front of the hotel, walking distance to variety of restaurants, shops and and places you might want to see while in Lisbon. Fully equipped kitchen in every apartment is an asset; you may have your in-apartment breakfast Breakfasts: mediocree quality and pricey, better use nearby shopmarket and your kitchen. Lack of free internet access. If your room is higher than the 6th floor, you will have a view on the concrete wall of back of the hotel fasade. Strong outside lights and lack of full curtains means you never have dark room for slepping (that concerns rooms of the front of hotel, cannot say anything on backyard rooms). |

Location was of course great, also views from roof's terrance. It was really easy going hotel, felt comfortable all the time. Kitchenette is quite small, but have all facilities one needs in city vacation. We travelled off season that might effect, but I felt getting service was not very easy. We only used terrance bar, but it felt like we are disturbing staff when asking for a beer or glass of wine. |

This hotel was perfect in every way - location could not be better, right in the centre of things and the airport bus stops right outside the door. Beautiful art deco facade disguising a modern and efficient hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was so well equipped it even had a dishwasher! It earned its 4 stars and more. |

Rooms were quiet private and could come and go as we pleased. The staff we curteous and helpful. It was close to the city cenre and nightlife. Easy travelling with bus and trams and to and from airport. The light in bathroom very poor for putting my makeup on. They had homeless people sleeping out in front of the hotel. |

Very convenient for central Lisbon. Airport bus stops right opposite.15 minutes walk to river front.Very near to shops and restaurants Bedroom had double bed and not 2 singles as requested. We were not told that the second and third bed was a "put you up2 bed setee |

Really good comfort in the room, close to everything, one of the best locations in the city. Nice view. Quality and education of the cleaning staff not even matching a 3 star hotel. No quality and no service at all in the bar at top roof. |

the location was the best thing about this hotel.. Three o clock check in is too late. Breakfast and rooftop top drinks very bad value for money. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. Perfect for walking around the city. I stayed there with my family and we had a great time. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Bus stop, metro and train station all in vicinity. The roof top terrace has a superb view of the city. I would return there. Should include internet facilites. |

We arrived early and they had somewhere for us to keep our bags, they ended up letting us check in 3 hours early. It was good having a kitchen. Some of the front desk staff weren't very friendly. The room wasn't as I expected but the pool was good and it was in a good location. |

Big room, with large bathroom and galley kitchen well equiped. Balcony with great views of City, room 903. Easy walking distance from City Centre, Metro outside front door. Bed was hard, not comfortable. |

The Eden Vip Aparthotel was much better than we expected for the rate, our room was superb with a complete range of utensils in a well equipped flat. location was excellent,with the added bonus of the roof top pool and terrace bar. We will stay for longer on our next visit..the location is perfect for exploring central Lisbon on foot. The price of a small can of beer on the roof terrace was€3-50... expensive for Portugal, but a small complaint when you look out over the city while enjoying said beer.... a real treat! |
