Läget var utmärkt, städpersonal samt receptionspersonal mycket trevliga. Frukosten var definitivt inte prisvärd. Vi kom dit en timme innan den stängde och då var det mesta slut. Vi fick säja till tre gånger om ost, två gånger om skinka, det fanns inga servetter, besticken var slut. Tomma brödkorgar (croissanter o likn lite "godare" bröd fylldes inte på över huvudtaget) och varje gång vi frågade om påfyllning fick vi ett stönande och himlande med ögonen av killen som skulle utföra detta. Vi kände oss bara I vägen och att vi var till besvär. Frukosten kostade ju ändå 8.5 eur och det fanns som sagt inte ens det som skulle finnas där. Heller inget varmt, inga ägg, ingen yoghurt mm mm. Och som sagt ett snäsigt bemötande. |

Absolut centralt läge. Renligt och rymligt. Trevlig personal. Sköna sängar!! Inga störande ljud varken utifrån eller från grannar. Det enda jag kan komma på är att frukosten inte var prisvärd. God men lite för dyr. |

Super bra läge, närhet till shopping, gamla stan, restauranger osv. Vi fick ett riktigt dåligt rum där TV, air cond inte fungerade. Ett rum för 4 med bara en liten garderob med 4 galjar. Rummet var super litet och fönstret vette ut mot en vägg med en trumma som lät hela natten. |

Bra pris, bra läge i centala Lissabon. Härlig utsikt från taket av hotellet. Nej, men jag var lite besviken på att poolen var väldigt liten och att det endast fanns ett fåtal solbäddar på taket. |

Very convenient for central Lisbon. Airport bus stops right opposite.15 minutes walk to river front.Very near to shops and restaurants Bedroom had double bed and not 2 singles as requested. We were not told that the second and third bed was a "put you up2 bed setee |

Really good comfort in the room, close to everything, one of the best locations in the city. Nice view. Quality and education of the cleaning staff not even matching a 3 star hotel. No quality and no service at all in the bar at top roof. |

the location was the best thing about this hotel.. Three o clock check in is too late. Breakfast and rooftop top drinks very bad value for money. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. Perfect for walking around the city. I stayed there with my family and we had a great time. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Bus stop, metro and train station all in vicinity. The roof top terrace has a superb view of the city. I would return there. Should include internet facilites. |

We arrived early and they had somewhere for us to keep our bags, they ended up letting us check in 3 hours early. It was good having a kitchen. Some of the front desk staff weren't very friendly. The room wasn't as I expected but the pool was good and it was in a good location. |

Big room, with large bathroom and galley kitchen well equiped. Balcony with great views of City, room 903. Easy walking distance from City Centre, Metro outside front door. Bed was hard, not comfortable. |

The Eden Vip Aparthotel was much better than we expected for the rate, our room was superb with a complete range of utensils in a well equipped flat. location was excellent,with the added bonus of the roof top pool and terrace bar. We will stay for longer on our next visit..the location is perfect for exploring central Lisbon on foot. The price of a small can of beer on the roof terrace was€3-50... expensive for Portugal, but a small complaint when you look out over the city while enjoying said beer.... a real treat! |

Location fantastic, the pool was a treat during the hot afternoons, pity the bar is so overpriced breakfast was appalling at best, instant coffee , packet juice and dull plastic tasting breads and cakes.€10 for gin and tonic at the pool bar is scandalous in a city where you buy a botle of gin for less then that |

The location cant get more central. The hotel is very nice, especially if you are with a family and like to cook a little bit. The supermarket is very closeby. The hotel is close to almost everything -the tourist area, railway station, musuems, historical monuments, supermarket, etc., etc. . The rooms, which sleeps four, needs an additional toilet. |
