Vip Executive Suites Eden Aparthotel

Läget var utmärkt, städpersonal samt receptionspersonal mycket trevliga.

Frukosten var definitivt inte prisvärd. Vi kom dit en timme innan den stängde och då var det mesta slut. Vi fick säja till tre gånger om ost, två gånger om skinka, det fanns inga servetter, besticken var slut. Tomma brödkorgar (croissanter o likn lite "godare" bröd fylldes inte på över huvudtaget) och varje gång vi frågade om påfyllning fick vi ett stönande och himlande med ögonen av killen som skulle utföra detta. Vi kände oss bara I vägen och att vi var till besvär. Frukosten kostade ju ändå 8.5 eur och det fanns som sagt inte ens det som skulle finnas där. Heller inget varmt, inga ägg, ingen yoghurt mm mm. Och som sagt ett snäsigt bemötande.

Nej, men jag var lite besviken på att poolen var väldigt liten och att det endast fanns ett fåtal solbäddar på taket.

Excellent location right in the centre, airbus stop is in the front of the hotel, walking distance to variety of restaurants, shops and and places you might want to see while in Lisbon. Fully equipped kitchen in every apartment is an asset; you may have your in-apartment breakfast

Breakfasts: mediocree quality and pricey, better use nearby shopmarket and your kitchen. Lack of free internet access. If your room is higher than the 6th floor, you will have a view on the concrete wall of back of the hotel fasade. Strong outside lights and lack of full curtains means you never have dark room for slepping (that concerns rooms of the front of hotel, cannot say anything on backyard rooms).

This hotel was perfect in every way - location could not be better, right in the centre of things and the airport bus stops right outside the door. Beautiful art deco facade disguising a modern and efficient hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was so well equipped it even had a dishwasher! It earned its 4 stars and more.

Bedroom had double bed and not 2 singles as requested. We were not told that the second and third bed was a "put you up2 bed setee

Really good comfort in the room, close to everything, one of the best locations in the city. Nice view.

Quality and education of the cleaning staff not even matching a 3 star hotel. No quality and no service at all in the bar at top roof.

Three o clock check in is too late. Breakfast and rooftop top drinks very bad value for money.

We arrived early and they had somewhere for us to keep our bags, they ended up letting us check in 3 hours early. It was good having a kitchen.

Some of the front desk staff weren't very friendly. The room wasn't as I expected but the pool was good and it was in a good location.

The Eden Vip Aparthotel was much better than we expected for the rate, our room was superb with a complete range of utensils in a well equipped flat. location was excellent,with the added bonus of the roof top pool and terrace bar. We will stay for longer on our next visit..the location is perfect for exploring central Lisbon on foot.

The price of a small can of beer on the roof terrace was€3-50... expensive for Portugal, but a small complaint when you look out over the city while enjoying said beer.... a real treat!
