The room was excellent - very large with good quality furnishings abnd large twn beds. The swimming pool was great - good size, very clean with sun loungers and great views of the city from the roof. The staff were efficient and polite, able to gice good advice. It was very easy to catch a bus or metro into the centre of Lisbon

The noise from the road below was very evident - despite being on the 8th floor. This was made worse by having to leave the windows open to keep the temperature down - the air conditioning was barely adequate.

This hotel is very good in general. The staff is helpful and kind and we can recommend the breakfast which except from the coffee (choose the powder coffee) is excellent. The rooms are large and we had lots of space. The only negative part was the carpet in the room (room 601) which surely needed to be replaced.

the room is big. the majority of the staff worked hard to deal with things that came up.

the room they assigned was in renovation so we were moved to another room. when we got back at night, it was discovered the lights/lamps didn't work in the room. one of the staff suggested i wait until the morning when maintenance came to have it fixed. when i explained i didn't want to sit in the dark, another staff talked to the first one who then helped us change the lamps. another issue that was problematic is their wi-fi has a strange feature. it does not disconnect when i logged off my computer so it showed i was still on which drained the amount of time i paid for using the wi-fi. i had a long discussion with the hotel manager about this. they should alert the guests to this problem. portugal is going through economic hardship and the hotel is in an area where many of the businesses and apartment buildings have been abandoned. it felt somewhat unsafe walking from the metro to the hotel at night.

Duży, wygodny apartament. Kompetentna obsługa, czystość, dobra lokalizacja.

Hotel needs to be refurbished internally. Lack of mv oven and electric pot in kitchenet equipment.

There is a supermarket right below the hotel and a brilliant cafe nearby,wonderful choice for a nice brunch

There is a leak on the ceiling of our bathroom,when the upstairs neiboughers are using the shower,it's literally a waterfall in there

Staff friendly and good location (metro station nearby). Fairly big room.

On fairly big avenue, windows single glazed therefore a lot of traffic noise! Restricted kitchen appliance (very basic).

Staff were most helpful and went out their way with directions organising taxis and other transport

Ample rooms with nice size bed. Old hotel with varpet, but a quiet and honest stay.

Staff is less than comitted in helping out, do not understand lisbon and surrounding cities. Too much enphasis on trying to push expensive day trips for tourists....Hotel is located in somewhat sketchy neighbourhood, near strip zone, not good for family night events, such as waking to restaurants.

Good location. Reception staff very helpful and friendly, nice reception area. Spacious wheelchair room.

Busy street, lots of traffic noise. Rooms need updating. Pool area not wheelchair accessible. Very steep ramp to hotel entrance, hotel located on steep hill. Disabled bathroom should have accessible shower instead of bath.

lobby smelled clean and looked fresh but our room really needs updating (307) cable connection of TV was loose.some smell in the bathroom. carpet dirty with spots. busy street. neighbourhood not good,rundown and shady.

The staff were more than helpful.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. In a 4 star hotel you would not expect machine brewed coffee.
