Very well situated on bus route to airport.large comfortable rooms, very helpful staff. The kitchenette is basic but a good bonus.

Excellent and spacious room, the hotel is a five minute walk from Marques de Plombale Square and is close to a bus stop

Very old and outdated rooms and furnishing. Should not be rated a 4 star hotel.

The room was very large and confortable, especially the bed.

The size of the room and the breakfast,also,the swimming pool was good.

Only that the swimming pool was a bit cold but that's just me.

I found the staff helpful and considerate but as I was only there for one night did not really have much experience overall of the facilities.

Very good quality for such a low price. The design is definitely out fashioned but Lisbon is a city where the sun shines, so no need to spend hours in the room. Actually what we liked the most was the size of the room, 52m2 with a sofa, a desk, a table with 4 chairs and a small kitchen, so we could easily prepare meals and sandwiches, moreover there is a supermarket in the same street. To sum up, old design but big room with kitchen, perfect for people that are looking for a cheap and convenient hotel... For luxuous place, look for something else!

Location - close to the Metro Station and not far from the drop off point for the Aero Bus from the airport. Lots of space in the room. Nice to have a (small) pool on the top floor. Breakfast was excellent - bread/pastries really fresh and a good selection was available Friendly and helpful staff

Carpet in the room good do with replacing - stained and tired looking Bathroom although clean could do with replacing. Sun loungers could do with replacing - well used and a couple of parasols wouldn't go amiss either

The location is good, near to a metro station and a bus rest. The have a outside swimming pool at 12th level where we could see the city of Lisbon and enjoy the sunshine. The stuff of hotel could also offer the city maps and tell where to see and how to go there, quite useful.

The inner decoration seems very old and doesn't look like a 4 star hotel. They don't have an airport shuttle, if you need to go to airport early in the morning, that would be a problem. The frigo is empty and a 33cl bottle of water costs 2.25e meanwhile in the supermarket nearby it is only 0.1e.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and it was possible to divide into two rooms i.e. bedroom & sitting/dining room.

The shower was terrible - the bathtub was very slow to drain the water and the flow of water was not very powerful. There was also a notice on each of the breakfast tables stating that guests would be charged if they took any food out of the dining room.

This hotel is very good in general. The staff is helpful and kind and we can recommend the breakfast which except from the coffee (choose the powder coffee) is excellent. The rooms are large and we had lots of space. The only negative part was the carpet in the room (room 601) which surely needed to be replaced.
