The rooftop pool was lovely to cool down in, rooms were a good size and the fridge and kitchenette were great.

Giant room with kitchen, excellent view from the window (I've stayed on the 10th floor), huge and very comfortable bed. Very very quiet. Staff at the lobby was extremely friendly and helpful. Underground station "Marques Pombal" just a few minutes away from Hotel.

we were very impressed by the staff at reception in their courtesy and attention, their giving of information about the hotel services and attending to our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended you to a number o.We would have liked coffee making facilities in our room.! Also may I suggest the possibilty of some net curtains to block the unsightly view from our room anyway!

Hotel staff was perfect. Location was excellent and all Portugal people was wery nice.

The location of the hotel relative to the places I had to visit. The fact the had a tiny swimming pool on the top of the hotel (for my son) and the related view.

The covers of the beds were extremely dirty when we arrived. The staff changed it the next day and it became more proper. The carpet requires renewal. The quality of the breakfast was rather poor. It advertises with 4 stars... it not worth a 3..

Sehr schöne große Zimmer, mit Sitzecke und Küchenzeile.

War ca. 20 min. von der Stadt entfernt.Der Weg ist durch das Kopfsteinplaster und die Hanglage sehr mühsam.

Gostei muito do quarto que era espaçoso, estava bem equipado e limpo e do atendimento na recepção.

Colocarem chinelos de quarto e roupões seria uma sugestão e tb copos de champanhe nos quartos, pois precisei e quando liguei para a recepção já era meia-noite e não me puderam facultar os copos, pois o bar já estava fechado.

Da simpatia do pessoal da recepção, do espaço do quarto e da posibilidade de separar o quarto da zona de estar, do ambiente agradável assim conseguido.

Que seja bem limpo o espaço onde encaixam as portas de correr que permitem a separação dos espaços e que estas sejam mais fáceis de manusear (só a 1ª tem argola para a mover). Talvez por isso não esteja convenientemente limpo: poucas vezes serão usadas...
