The rooms were more than a good size, the hotel staff was friendly and it wasn't pricy at all.

Helpful staff and fairly central

Rooms need refurbishing. should have been informed that the restaurant was closed for evening meals.

Kitchen in the room was a bonus,you had the capabillity to make simple meals,breakfast in the dining room was excellent

A bit of a walk to the metro, but buses run just outside the hotel

We booked for 3 nights what they call junior suit but checked out after the first.very very old hotel, the room small old wood and carpet.poor breakfast

To be a four star hotel, the rooms did not look good,

Huge rooms for a near central position and only two stops on the nearby Metro to the centre of Lisbon. Very reasonably priced. Clean and well equiped with a very handy kitchenette - useful for breakfasts. A roof-top swimming pool.An excellent cheap Italian restaurant - Luigi's - just round the corner and two supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. Airport bus stops within a three minute walk (Pesces).

Do not even think about having the breakfast in the Hotel! At 8 Euros per person you can buy food and have an excellent breakfast in your room. In their brochure it says that there is a restaurant but it is only used for breakfast

The rooftop pool was lovely to cool down in, rooms were a good size and the fridge and kitchenette were great.

Giant room with kitchen, excellent view from the window (I've stayed on the 10th floor), huge and very comfortable bed. Very very quiet. Staff at the lobby was extremely friendly and helpful. Underground station "Marques Pombal" just a few minutes away from Hotel.

Close to the airport and the centre of the city

could be more cleaner and rooms sure need a good spring cleaning

tis is a two star hotel not as adverised a four star. Booked in for four night and left after the first. Hotel rooms are large but greatly in need of upgrading, view from the window is of an adjacent building site/ municipaj dump. No mini bar , no water - told by staqf to drink tap water, no braodband internet, dingy lobby bar where not possible to purchase a glass of wine had to purchase a bottl
