Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 9.50 per night and person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 19.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
A security deposit of EUR 250 will be requested at the check-in. This can be paid for in cash, by cheque (of Portuguese bank) or a print of your credit card. The deposit will be refunded to you at check out.

The apartments were large and clean. Lost our hot water and heat but maintenance was very prompt and resolved the issue quickly. Great place for families that love the beach. |

Agréablement surpris. Personnel de la reception très sympathique, appartement pour 4 personnes immense et propre avec deux chambres (dont une avec salle de bain privée), une cuisine tout équipée, machine à laver (qui faisait également sèche linge), lave vaisselle, micro onde etc... tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et confortable. Attention tout de meme, le complexe est grand, selon votre hebergement vous serez plus ou moins loin de la plage. Nous étions à l'entrée, il nous fallait 15 minutes de marche, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Ce complexe devrait développer les superettes... Il n'y a qu'une toute petite épicerie à l'entrée, ce n'est pas suffisant (et cher) et il faut faire ses courses à l'exterieur. Il faudrait également developper boutiques et cafés. |

Appartement super confort, calme, piscine presque provative, génial. Le climat dans ce coin, même le mois d'aout, on n'a pas vu le soleil pendant 3 jours. |

A localização dos apartamentos era muito interessante e o conjunto de infra-estruturas associadas eram de bom nível. O estado de conservação e manutenção era suficiente embora merecesse algumas rectificações de pormenor. Evitar que zonas comuns se degradem e permitir o acesso às garagens, no mínimo para permitir o descarregar/carregar de bagagens |

Da piscina aquecida mesmo em frente a casa. Mto bom mesmo. Os funcionários de limpeza e em especial os do club house, deveriam ser mais atenciosos e simpaticos, notando em alguns deles, ate alguma falta de educação |

Sossego, paisagem, espaço e conforto. Algumas das facilidades anunciadas só se tornavam possíveis através do pagamento extra, o que não foi previamenente entendido. O empreendimento é muito grande e em certas zonas com uma densidade habitacional considerável. |
