Molti aspetti positivi. Il punto è perfetto: vicinissimo alla spiaggia ed al centro antico della cittadina. Il prezzo relativamente accessibile. I servizi sono comodissimi: piscina, rete wireless internet, angolo cottura ed aria condizionata. Quasi tutto il personale è gentile e disponibile Rigidi nel check out: non hanno assecondato la nostra richiesta di posticiparlo di qualche ora, anche se hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella reception. Si avvertiva la necessità di qualche accessorio in più nell'angolo cottura(semplici utensili da cucina). Una postazione internet con pc sarebbe ancora più utile per chi decide di lasciare il portatile a casa ..essendo in vacanza.. |

E' centrale, ottima posizione e ha il garage. E' sporco che fa schifo. Il bagno indecente, puzza di gofna, vecchio e mal funzionante. Il lavabo aveva 2 rubinetti distinti per l'acqua fredda e calda, in modo da nn poter miscelare e avere quindi o acqua ghiacciata o bollente! |

La prossimità con il centro. Il personale parlava correntemente in inglese e la gentilezza. La pulizia e le condizioni della stanza in generale. |

parcheggio interno, la posizione reception al 4 piano, le camere sono vecchie, non c era servizio di pulizia camera giornaliero, se non lo chiedi non ti cambiano gli asciugamani...non ci tornerei di sicuro! |

Solo la vicinanza dell'hotel al centro di Albufeira Aria condizionata non funzionante (ma compresa nel pagamento);porta del bagno che non si può chiudere e qundi come se bagno e camera fossero una stanza unica;pulizia della stanza 2 giorni sui 6 complessivi;pagamento dell'intera prenotazione prima ancora di pervenire all'hotel !!! |

Nothing, We also checked out after the first night. There are many people here who have warned about the totally unacceptable conditions that these rooms are in. Please listen to me and others. Do not go to this hotel. There was black mold under the bathtub which had a huge crack, the plumbing is seriously old, and the kitchenette is disastrously old. Some hotel owners just don't get it. Not even the close location was worth the sever lack of comfort that we felt there. Again, do not even think about going here, it's worse than a one star hostel. |

Placement .Close to the beach, restaurants, etc.The swimming pool on the roof - small, but sunny, pleasant. "kitchen" and "kitchen equipment" , the rooms and the whole hotel needs updating. It was unpleasant to stay in this room. |

Nothing we checked out after one night and went else where. When we got there they wanted to check us into another hotel, which was miles away. This is buy far the worst place that I have stayed in. The bed linen had rips in it, the place had a bad smell. There was damp on the walls and you could just about get into the bathroom. I have photos that we have taken and shall post them on line. |

It met my 3 criteria--place to park a car, close enough to walk to beach, close enough to walk to old town. The young woman who checked us in was very nice. Free wireless internet access in the lounge. The pillows. The rooms were basic, but worked fine for me. |

The hotel was very close to the main part of the old town and the beach. The hotel is in need of updating and alot of decorating. The reception is on the third floor and is very small if there is alot of people waiting to get there rooms you will be standing on the stairs. The water in the showers was cold after around 6 pm. If you are staying with friends they only give you one key card for the room. |

The breakfast on terasse above the city was the best part. The buiding is not so nice, but the furniture is OK, and the reception girls were wery kind and helpful. The bathroom needs to be renewed. |

The staff all deserve special mention for their courtesy and friendliness. Location is very central with good neighbours and one of the reasons why we like to stay there. Plumbing is antiquated and badly needs updating. |
