Lovely clean comfortable hotel. Friendly staff
Hotel very cetnral. Receptionist was excellent, efficient and charming. Room was large with good sized bed. Sheets and towels excellent - bed comfy. Free wi-fi - air conditioning first class. Breakfast good and taxi ordered for us arrived as expected.
Lighting was exceptionally dim and we had trouble reading at night. No bidet in bathroom. Only one hook for four towels. No mirror in bedroom.
Closeness to old town and all the amenities
Staff reception, very helpful and friendly. Very smart hotel, central of town, very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Loved decor. Also loved the idea of having an outer street seating area to enjoy dining or a relaxing evening drink. Serving staff was lovely too. Will be definately returning.
Only, no parking facility.
Location was excellent and staff were ultra polite and helpful. The rooms were cute and comfortable, the showers were nice and powerful. the breakfast was adequate
my room on the front was really really noisy at night with the night life in the area, the street cleaners and then the planes taking off and landing
On the whole....a good hotel.
Very helpful staff, beautifully designed rooms. Convenient location.
Some problems with a leaking toilet, however this was quickly and efficiently dealt with by great staff.
Very kind, helpful staff!
No fridge. Summertime you really miss it in a hot place like Faro.
Aqua Ria's reception staff upon our arrival was warm, friendly, informative and inordinately helpful when I discovered that my wallet had been stolen on our way to Faro.
Parking can be challenging but the hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to the marina, shops and restaurants.
Very friendly staff. Nicely renovated hotel
From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the girl in reception (I think her name was Natalia) we had a fabulous stay here. Although we arrived before check-in time, our room was ready and it was spotless. The staff were all very friendly and kind and we were given lots of useful information. If we ever go back to Faro, we will be staying here!
Great friendly staff - they give you instantly good tips about the city and the surroundings. Very good location. Super-clean room. Wifi worked well.
Thin walls, you can hear the party from the restaurant
Very clean, the room is excellent, cannot imagine a bettet location in Faro.
No parking, for the price I would expect a better breakfast
Stayed here two nights and would stay again! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, two mins from old town as well as bus and train stations. Also has a very good restaurant.
Very nice little hotel, with clean, spacious and light room. Even though our windows faced the main street we could not hear a thing. Staff, especially the ladies at the reception desk were very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful, especially the ladies at the reception (not the guy) and the waiter in the restaurant. The location is perfect, in the city center, close to the port.
The night was quite loud, because there was an ongoing festival close, but it is not the fault of the hotel. But be aware of the fact that it could happen.
Nadia on reception is worth her weight in gold, such a pleasant girl and a great advert for the hotel, but everyone was nice Room was lovely although I managed to dislodge a badly plumbed sink somehow. Great restaurant, good value too for dinner. Good breakfast, fabulous location.
Too much salt on the dinner!
very nice family room, helpful staff. Spacious and clean.
The view from the room is not nice.
Nice location, good interior, clean rooms. Very courteous, helpful and professional staff esp. at reception desk. I liked their breakfast pretty much, good selection and good quality.
At the moment no roof terrace existing for relaxing or chilling out. It could be considered being on the expensive side - you pay for the boutique experience.
Staff was very helpful to organise parking. Location was perfect.
Hotel is very new, so there are still things to improve. Atmosphere in lobby is very cold (no decorations), small facilities are missing in the rooms like bottle opener or clothes hooks in bathroom. But basically good hotel
Location is great!
Nice friendly staff and modern style of hotel. The location is excellent for the old town, the port and getting to the shopping areas I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended the hotel to other.
Nothing at all. The Hotel is as described, a Boutique Hotel, and they deliver what they promised.
A lovely hotel with great staff. Rooms very comfortable. Food at the restaurant attached to hotel was delicious!
Only mirror was in the bathroom.
Location and helpfulness of staff absolutely superb. Size and interior of room great. Included breakfast excellent. Asked to move room on first night due to exterior noise (which only occurred due to World Cup) and the staff were incredibly accommodating, couldn't have been more helpful during our entire stay. If you're going to Faro you couldn't do better than the wonderful Aqua Ria.
At no fault of the hotel, the Faro World Cup fanzone ran until 2-4am every night outside the building and was horrendously noisy. The football was excellent but not the totally empty drum and bass disco until 4am!
