The hotel is convenient to all of the amenities in Chaves. It is by a beautiful river in a beautiful setting. The rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful |

It was in a good position for us and the staff seemed to be quite friendly and the room was very clean and big. I used the telephone and is cost me 30eruo for 11 minutes which I must say would have to be the most money I have been charged to use the telephone at any hotel. I travel around the world a lot and this was just ridiculous. |

Hotel is a little past its best, but not yet worn out! Staff helpful and rooms functional/basic but very clean and good value for money. Only ate breakfast in the hotel, but this was very good. Outdoor pool temperature was frankly freezing! |

A simpatia dos funcionários, localização e estacionamento. A limpeza fica muito a desejar sobretudo a da casa de banho: toalhas que cheiravam a mofo; odor constante a urina; espelhos com marcas. A degradação também é evidente: autoclismo que verte água constantemente; fluxo de água inconstante; furo na parede que não foi tapado; cortinados com rasgões; aplique no tecto deslocado. Obras urgentes precisam-se. |

Localização no centro da cidade, quarto espaçoso e decoração agradável. Chuveiro jorra água em grande quantidade, desperdiçando-a e com desconforto para o utente. |

Localização central do hotel em Chaves. O horário de funcionamento do SPA podia ser mais claro pois no fim de semana e feriados (que foi o caso) está fechado à tarde. |
