Only a 10 minute walk into town Mini golf is non-existant, wireless very pricey. Seems like a big hang out for really old people, just a passing comment, I don't dislike old people. |

Perfect location because we are interested in spas. Very good value for the price. Free parking was nice bonus. |

In the center of Chaves, close to the river. Allows nice waks allong the river or in the city. The sauna was very relaxing. The furniture is a bit old fashion |

Size of the room was good The front desk was rude. I hadn't booked when we arrived, although on my blackberry could see rooms were available. I was told there were no rooms by a very smug woman. When I questioned that the internet showed there were rooms, we were asked our nationality before they would answer. Realizing her error, another person took over and I booked it online to get the booking.com price which was much lower. For the area, the rate was still expensive at 70 Euros a night, and the hotel is in need a major refurb. |

The hotel is convenient to all of the amenities in Chaves. It is by a beautiful river in a beautiful setting. The rooms were very clean and the staff very helpful |

It was in a good position for us and the staff seemed to be quite friendly and the room was very clean and big. I used the telephone and is cost me 30eruo for 11 minutes which I must say would have to be the most money I have been charged to use the telephone at any hotel. I travel around the world a lot and this was just ridiculous. |

Situación excelente, trato muy correcto, habitación espaciosa y zonas comunes muy amplias. No. Pero carezco de referencias porque sólo estuvimos una noche. |

conforto, limpeza , aspecto geral do hotel , salas e um bom acesso para as termas. uma recepcionista antipática, o porta chaves do quarto parecia um medalhão e até custava a abrir a porta, a animação devia ter um reportório de músicas com mais qualidade e não música pimba. |

Localização central na cidade de Chaves Demasiado velho e ultrapassado, precisava de refrescar com pintura actual e outro tipo de mobiliário adequado aos nossos dias ! |

Gostei do conforto, do atendimento e da localização.Também o facto de estar ligado por um tunel as termas é bastante comodo e versátil.Infelizmente não usufrui das mesmas mas fica para a proxima. |

La tranquilidad, el poder estar enterada de las noticias por cadenas españolas, la opción baile sabado noche, un salón acogedor para las reuniones de grupo. Relación calidad precio esta muy bien. |

Gediegenes Hotel mit zentraler Lage al Kurpark. Unproblematisch für Anreise per PKW, kostenloser Parkplatz, unweit zu Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt (5') Irgendwie ist bei dem Hotel "die Luft 'raus". Man hat wohl mal mehr gewollt, vernachlässigt aber den "Wohlfühlfaktor" (kahle Terrassen ohne Grün, am Pool verlieren sich einige Plasteliegen. Im TV kein englich- bzw. deutschsprachiger Sender. |

Não gostei das melgas no quarto que picaram o meu marido, a mim e ao meu filho, designadamente a este que teve cerca de 20 a 30 picadas. Isto é inadmissível e merecia uma queixa e reclamação, o faço agora. O sofrimento e incómodo provocadoss a nõs a ao nosso filho é inexplicável e lamentável e a situação criada é insustentável. |
