Gostamos das infraestruturas (piscina interior aquecida-muito boa), piscina exterior, apartamento espaçoso ideal para casal com 2 crianças. Envolvente que permite andar a pé e de bicicleta. Falta de microondas nos apartamentos, limpeza não inclui a cozinha e loiça, o pessoal revela inexperiência, filas para o pequeno almoço quando existem mesas livres. Falta ainda todo o tipo de comércio na envolvente. Não existe mais nada para além do minimercado e papelaria. Recomendável levar repelente para os mosquitos!!! |

A great place to stay with two young children. The environment is great, it is a safe place to have children playing around; You can enroll children for golf and sailing lessons within walking distance. Soon, one of the best family resorts within an hour distance from Lisbon, a "must visit" in children education. I believe the management ought to make a slight effort to catch up with the quality of the facilities. try being a bit less thrifty with shampoo, not charging 5 € for a swimming cap, not charging 3 € an hour for the use of internet (cable, not wi fi), try having a couple newspapers in the hotel for early birds interested in the daily life of Portugal, and with the charm of Portugal you'll be running a great hotel. Be careful with the slippery marble around the jacuzzi ; one of my children fell and hurt his forearm and hip and I wouldn't like that to happen to an elderly person. |

Well equiped appartments, in a lovely place nearby the sea (not walking distance with small children), staff willing to help and decent breakfast Only 2 lifts for 16 floors tower, very few parking places and mandatory to have a car to go to eat and see something, some fails due to youth of the resort and promoter (no hairdryers available) |

A localização do hotel e o equipamento do apartamento. O apartamento era espaçoso e tinha o suficiente para passar uns dias. As filas para o pequeno almoço são inadmissíveis para um hotel de 4 estrelas. |

A decoração dos quartos e a vista á volta Não há 1 restaurante decente nas imediações. Se não fosse pelo supermercado, era necessário viajar km, para fazer almoço e jantar. Não há onde tomar um cafe ou uma bebida sem pagar preços de hotel |

O serviço de Buffet ao jantar, nos fins-de-semana, é péssimo. Não conseguimos comer nenhum dos pratos quentes e, como não há outros restaurantes nas redondenzas, ficamo-nos pelas saladas. |

Gostei muito da localização e decoração do apartamento. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e disponíveis. Gostaria de repetir a experiencia mas só daqui a uns anos.....aínda falta aprimorar alguns detalhes importantes que tornam o preço elevado demais relativamente aos serviços disponíveis. Serviço de restauração péssimo, estivemos em fila mais de uma hora para conseguir jantar e quando finalmente conseguimos mesa já havia pouquíssima escolha num buffet que custava a módica quantia de 22 euros por pessoa!!!! Na manhã seguinte, às 9.30 a fila para o pequeno almoço era tão extensa que fomos obrigados a desistir!!! |

Gostei das infraestruturas e comodidades do mesmo. Sim. Em relação ao serviço de restauraçao, o mesmo foi péssimo. Numa das manhãs, esperámos 40´ numa fila, para podermos tomar o pequeno almoço e nesse mesmo dia, qd nos dirigimos p o buffet, p jantar, disseram-nos que n tinhamos mesa, pois n tinhamos feito reserva. Reclamámos e falámos com o responsável pela restauração, pois tinhamos 2 crianças connosco e , por especial favor, lá nos arranjaram uma mesa. O + caricato é k das 19:30 ás 20:30, a maior parte das mesas do restaurante estiveram desocupadas!!!! |

Apreciei sobretudo a extraordinária beleza paisagistica e a excelente recuperação que ocorreu na área. Considero que, independentemente de se tratar de apartamentos, uma estrutura com a dimensão e os preços praticados deveria proporcionar mais algumas comodidades aos clientes, nomeadamente deveria existir um frigobar equipado. Aparente ausência de apoio nos espaços exteriores do hotel e apenas razoavel ao nível de serviço de bares e espaços de lazer interiores. Resumidamente é um excelente trabalho de recuperação arquitectonica, que vive da envolvente externa ambiental, o que conduz a uma relação qualidade/preço pouco convidativa, sobretudo para um eventual regresso. |

Localização do hotel e enquadramento no resort. Espaços amplos e disposição arquitectónica dos vários serviços. Horário de abertura matinal dos serviços (Piscina, ginásio,...) muito tarde. Deveria abrir pelo menos ás 8h30. |
