The beaches

The location has potential for so much more. Pity there are next to no shops or entertainment to be had near the hotel. Sign posting has particularly bad (both on the approach to the hotel) and on the floors to locate the rooms. There is no excuse to charge 3 euro per hour for internet access.

Location, indoor pool and room sea view.

The mattresses. The lack of queen or king size beds. Not much attention to details in the apartment. Not many restaurant choices and the apart hotel restaurant is only open on Weekends and for breakfast.

great location. Great view from over the atlantic ocean from the room window. Large and cosy balcony with a glass bench for sunbathing :) Room design, nice kitchenette is of great help for families with children.

My seaview room (I paid an extra for the seaview...) was mora a 'cement plant in the aother side of the river mouth view'... Water of the inside swimming pool too cold. Restaurante closed for dinner the day we arrived. We've been told it only opens for dinner in the weekend...

Comfortable, nice view near to the beach and golf, quiet.

The location, the facilities and the value for money ratio. The site (Tróia Peninsula) is simply wonderful, and one of the most beautiful places I know.

Discipline and good service in the restaurant. Airy apartments. Convenient underground parking lot.

The hotel staff didn't read the comment that I've made at my reservation, so I didn't get a crib, neither a top room.

Located near the beach, just 5 minutes walk. The views are impressive even from any hotel room. The big exterior pool and the indoor pool are very pleasant and the restaurant offers a good variety of dishes, that includes grill. During the summer months the hotel organizes daily shows which are very good for couples with small kids.

The breakfast room is crowded in August, so expect lines and some waiting time, even if not more than 10 min. Wifi is only available in the reception area, which is odd for a 4 star hotel, where you expect to have in all the hotel, free of charge. Since the hotel is in front of the beach, there should be a support for the customers in the beach, which otherwise are on their own.

The involving area is perfect. The beach is really excellent as we expected, as so the swimming pools. The hotel is quite modern and clean. The food is in general very good.

The cleaning of the room was very late (5.00 pm) . At that time we're in the room (our baby was taking a nap) so we didn´t have our room cleaned. There were little shadows in the swimming pool for the amount of people. The meals at the bufett restaurante were a bit expensive for what was offered. The incompreensive chech in and out schedulles (16.00 and 11.00). There were a few members of the staff (in the reception, mainly) that were not very helpfull and frendlly. The parking car should be free of charge for hotel customers.

The bedrooms are fair in space and hotel's staf very friendly. The landscape sorround is unique and perfect to family holidays.

Pump need improves and it should be publicite that car park it's not an option.

The rooms/apartments are incredibly spacious and offer great value for money for a family - you can go to the supermarket and cook there, if you want to save some serious money. The breakfast is not great in variety, but the staff is really helpful and they have all the basics covered. The pool is great and so is the beach access. I would definitely recommend it to any family traveling south of Portugal - there are great restaurants in the nearby and if you take a bike, you are just minutes away from a totally deserted beach, just for yourself.

Location Clean look (and clean)

The location was fantastic for a relaxing family holiday. Very quiet, beautiful beach. Ferry over to the town is very convenient.

We went early in the season so not everything was open but it started to get busier. However the bars and restaurants that were open were excellent. The nearby town of Setubal is a working town not particularly pretty or historic but some lovely fish restaurants.

Very polite and helpful staff. Nice location at the Beach and close to Setubal. The ferry who was working (Catamaran) The casino, bars and restaurants at the port.

The pool was closed!!! Very disappointing. Paid +/-145 euro for an apartment and was on the 3th floor with view on the garbage containers. :-( A little artificial environment. We were there before, but don't think we'll come back soon.

A suite tinha uma vista maravilhosa-11o andar. Os funcionários são muitos simpáticos e prestaveis... a piscina interior é bastante agradável. Dá perfeitamente para deixar o carro perto de uns prédios e andar toda a estadia a pé... O casino e o supermercado são próximos e com o mapa que dão na recepção, fica tudo mais simples!

O pequeno almoço e muito fraco. Não gostei,também, do facto de não terem cama de casal!

Que gostei foi a vista para a praia e o sossego.

Que fizem a limpeza a meio da tarde tal como as camas .
