Aqualuz Suite Hotel Apartamentos  

The appartments were well equipped. The swimmingpool was very nice, lots of sunbeds. Nice location, easy walking to the center and to beaches.

Awful beds, need to be changed. The free wifi was unstable and not usable. You could be wifi, but that's expensive, 25 € a week.

Hotel facilities were good: swimming pools, gym, hair & beauty treatment etc. Apartment was spacious. All apartments overlook pool area. As we were staying late in the year (early October) occupancy was low and there was no problem getting pool side loungers etc. Prices in the restaurant were low. Food was ok without being excellent. Hotel easy walking distance from historical centre of Lagos. Also close to a number of beaches.

Excellent location, 10-15 minutes walk from the old town area. Spacious studio appartment. Superb pools. Free secured parking.

Kitchenette poorly equipped - no kettle, no small saucepan, no wine glasses.

We really enjoyed our stay, the Apartments were spacious, clean and well maintained. Most of the apartments have pool view, we were on floor 4 and had part view out to sea. There is a comfortable Bar off the Lobby and poolside bar with food open until late night. The Reception Staff were very welcoming and all staff were very friendly and helpfull. When we go back to Lagos we will stay again.

I have just returned from Portugal and stayed at the Aqualuz hotel/Apartments with a friend. We had a great time - hotel clean and fresh/clean towels everyday! brilliant. Most staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of one grumpy receptionist on the day we were leaving! the food was good and the waiters very entertaining! it was very busy with families with very young children - but we didn't mind this. We will go back to Aqualuz without a doubt! Marie and Juli

Briefly the hotel did exactly what it says on the tin. Great spot with kids, and kiddie club very nice. Pools cold. Beds hard. First impression wasn't great but it grew on us over the 2 weeks! Reception staff efficient, not overly friendly but then I don't go on hols to make friends with the staff. Room clean but certainly basic. Kitchette very basic. Bring towels for pools. Not sure if we didn;t have kids whether we'd go here.

THe Staff were lovely, and our room was much bigger than we expected. The pool was great however it was all families and small children, and as a young couple this wasn't great.

Also, we ordered 'Room Service' from the room's menu, and was then told we had to go to the kitchen to pick it up, this wasn't a big deal, however when we got to the kitchen they were all out of what we ordered so had to wait 20 minutes for something else. Only to find it was a frozen meal we had to head up in the microwave at home! About at 10-20 minute walk to the beach.

Location was good.rooms small.had room for 4 and had sofa bed and rollaway bed.yet paid full price.staff helpful.

Great pool area to relax in.close walk to city centre. Free parking.

Heated pools and indoor pool, cleanness of the rooms

05/04/2011 , just back from a spring break in the aqualuz hotel in lagos , and really enjoyed our stay , the hotel was well located within walking distance of the town, , would gladly recommend this hotel to family or friends , staff at reception very helpful and friendly ,

Spacious apartment, was very clean and modern. We were there before Christmas and there were hardly any guests in the hotel so it was peaceful! Hotel facilities were very good, we used the adjacent gym and indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi etc each day, and it proved to be fantastic value for money. The hotel is a short ten minute walk uphill from the town centre.
