General cleanliness; big rooms with kitchenette for different kinds of meals; proximity to old town centre and beaches; excellent swiming-pool, proximity to restaurants (less expensives than in the centre); Lagos in general. Lagos can be windy, but is one of the most well preserved Algarve towns. If you are looking for hysterical summer parties (like in Albufeira) this is NOT the place. Beaches in the Atlantic coast (Costa Vicentina Area), at 15-20kms, are less exposed to both people and wind. Praia D. Ana (10 mins from hotel) is beautifull but usually crowded. Praia da Rocha (Portimão, 20 kms) is similar and bigger |

The hotel was occupied by a number of nationalities and not dominated by one group of people, which is quite rare. The pool setting was great and absolutely no-one got up at the crack of dawn to place towels on the sunbeds! What a relief. |

Our stay was fantastic. Very friendly staff speaking both English and Spanish to a high standard. Room was very modern and well equipt with nice terrace over looking pools. |

Clean, location. One of the reasons I choose this hotel was that there was games room and squash courts. The games room was as described but there was an exorbinate charge for use of the squash courts, ie €10 per person per half hour. |

The hotel was great! Its a short walk to the gorgeous beaches as well as the city center. There is a great snack bar by the 2 out door pools. |

The hotel has a perfect location, near an old town with a lot of restourants, not far away from wonderful beaches.The hotel has nice outdoor pools and a perfect Health and Fitness club (with a standart swiming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and vapour bath! Please, be ready ho have a full swim suit for women and a special swimming cup for the swimming pool - it is a special rule! Staffs were very helpful! There was nothing what we did not like! We may suggest to to stay in this hotel to persons who like an active style of life and take care about health and body! |

The direction to the hotel was wrong from the website and we spend extra hours in the middle of the night drving up & donw the motor way trying to find the hotel. |

Clean and freindly hotel. Nice pool area if you dont want leave complex. Just the right distance into town (10-15mins) where there is lots of bars and restaurants to choose. Beaches are wihtin walking distance The pictures advertsed of the rooms must have been of updated rooms as ours was a liitle updated, but for €198 for three nights dont let this put you off |

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for a week with our seven month old baby. We found the staff excellent during our stay and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. The view from the apartments of the outpool areas is one of the highlights of the hotel and one indoor pool heated to 32 degrees which was perfect for our 7 month old. The choice and quatily of food in the resturant was great. While the hotel is close to the beeches the area around the hotel was not that interesting and is about 10 minutes walk to the main restaurant areas and centre of Lagos. |

Good location. Our bath leaked and smelt of chemicals, breakfast was average and although the images of outside the hotel match, the inside is a little more 1980s. |

The staff were so friendly and everbody spoke english which was great. The hotel was just so gorgeous i loved it and the location was fantastic. loads of beaches nearby and just a stone throw from the town. The pool was fantastic, i could have stayed there forever. The only thing i did not like was the indoor leisure facilities. it's a separately run club from the hotel which is why you have to get a voucher from the hotel reception before you use it. i got yelled at from across the pool by some guy in the water in porteguese so i had no idea what he was on about but apparently i wasn't allowed into the pool cos i had a bikini on a full swimsuit was required |
