The hotel design,general aspect, bathrooms, colour scmemes. gardens/patio. Not enough sun-beds for the no. of guests by the pool, not enough choice of sun or shade for the direction of the sun around the pool. Pool itself relatively small for the no. of families with children using it. The fact that the dining /breakfast room is almost entirely without daylight or view. |

Enquadramento do edifício na natureza/envolvente. Silêncio. Decoração. Acesso fácil. Sim. Uma vez que o parque de estacionamento não é suficiente para garantie o estacionamento dos carros dos clientes do hotel, entendo não ser admissível existirem apenas 2 lugares na rua reservado ao hotel, e o cliente ter de suportar as multas de trãnsito. Trata-se de um hotel de gama alta, pelo que esta situação deverá ser alvo de atenção por parte da gerência. Relativamente aos empregados do bar/piscina, recomendo ainda uma maior atenção ao serviço na medida em que nem sempre estão acessíveis, principalmente depois da hora do jantar. |

Gostei muito da arquitectura do hotel: a mistura do design nas instalações mais antigas, do serviço e da atenção demonstrada pelos funcionários. Mais cadeiras junto à piscina, maior flexibilidade na hora do check out. |

Très bon acceuil , l'hotel est très agréable, belle déco dans un style moderne et tout ça dans une très ancienne bâtisse. très belle et grande chambre équipée d'un jacouzi, parking souterrain réservé à à l'hôtel et tout ceci à deux pas du centre d'EVORA. |

Modernes Hotel, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt von Evora. Gute Wellness-Angebote, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Äquadukt ist sehr reizvoll. |

Wat een prachtig hotel. Zes maanden open, uiterst schoon, qua design fantastisch, rust, uitstraling, uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, keurige faciliteiten(zwembad en spa), goed ontbijt en heerlijk eten, kortom een goede belevenis Prachtig hotel voor een beetje slaperige stadje Evora. |

O conforto, o design, alguns pequenos "mimos" oferecidos pelo hotel, o restaurante... tudo! Ter especificado que não existe wireless nos quartos para sabermos previamente que existe a possibilidade de pedir o cabo de ligação à internet. |
